"Aaaaooo!" cried the wolf in pain as he died and fell on the ground, poor chap couldn't even swallow the meat for which he took such a big risk of moving alone from the pack.

The moment Matt killed the wolf he knew that one of his mission was complete and half of the task a.s.signed for Teleportation wasa complete.

Matt knew that after a.s.signing the 6 survival points to his stats he would be strong enough to take on to take on a level 0 mutated beast without his Desert Eagle thought he still could only use sneak attacks to a.s.sa.s.sinate Level 1 animals like he was doing until now.

Seeing the notification appearing in front of his eyes Matt smiled and stood up from the dead body of the wolf.

Even though only a Level 1 wolf he was more precious than the Level 2 monkey as his teeths could be used as weapons and his fur is immensely useful for surviving in the the winter. Matt knows it because that's how he and his nieces survived many winters.

"Though I killed this one but his pack should be around somewhere, so we will have to move again we can't stay anywhere near here" Matt said as he stored the dead body of the wolf and walked back towards the place where everyone was waiting for him.

As Matt returned back to the resting place where everyone was sitting around he saw that most of them had started to relax and were ready to sleep, the only reason they were awake was due to the hunger they felt which Matt said he would satiate.

When everyone saw Matt returned, joy was evident on there face as he was the pillar of support they all leaned on and though they looked relax but in reality none of them truly let their guard down due to the close call they had with death.

"We can't stay here we have to move!" said Matt seriously.

EVeryone's face fell down when they saw how serious Matt was.

"Why!? What happened!?" asked Natasha.

"I will explain on the way" Matt said as he didn't wanted to take the risk of the wolves being able to track him by his scent.

Though he circled around the forest quite number of times to throw them of but he knew if he stayed here for long than the chances of getting caught were high. He didn't knew when the wolves will start looking for their pack member and he didn't wanted to wait and find out about it.

Since Matt had said it, no one was going to argue with him as they knew won't be behaving like this if there wasn't something serious. They picked themselves up and started to follow him.

Seeing that everyone was following him without arguing about his decision he decided to tell them what happened.

"While hunting for food, I encountered a wolf who had evolved like those monkey's" Matt started his explanation and the moment they heard about the evolved wolf they felt a chill down their spine, "I killed it" Matt continued allowing the people to sigh in relief. He was intentionally pausing in between to see their reactions and wasn't surprised when he saw that other than Natasha who became serious after hearing the news the other were just terrified first than sighing in relief.

"Though, the problem starts from there!" Matt said.

"Wh-What do you mean!?" asked Sarah

"Wolves always hunts in pack so even though Matt had killed one of them the others maybe around here somewhere!" said Natasha sharing whatever knowledge she had about wolves after watching and reading, Movies, Series and books about werewolves.

"Yes, That's true" Matt said

After hearing the confirmation from Matt everyone realised the horror they were facing, a pack wolves even if not evolved would be dangerous for them but evolved ones were another story.

"That's why we are moving forward, I don't wanna take my chances to see if that wolf was a pack member or a lone wolf. We will continue to walk around for an hour only after which can we take a rest at all" Matt said to which other nodded their heads and picked up there speed even though tired and injured none of them complained as they walked continuously for an hour.

After they had walked for around 5 miles away from there original resting point Matt stopped and told everyone to rest.

The moment Matt said those words everyone collapsed onto the ground even Natasha thought she was still way better than the rest, Matt also felt a little tired because his Vitality wasn't up to the level of his Agility or Strength cause of which he was tired after all of that had happened today.

Not wanting to feel any tiredness Matt decided to increase his vitality a little "System add 1 point in my Vitality."

As Matt said those words he felt his body getting refreshed and in a minute he was fully energized not feeling tired at all.

Matt wanted to increase his Strength and Agility as well but after the previous incident he wouldn't make the same mistake again.

He left the other's to rest and walked inside the forest taking out the fire wood and Level 2 Mutated Monkeys meat to eat for everyone and himself as well so that when he increases his stats and feels hungry and craves for nutrients than he would be able feast on the Level 2 meat.

Seeing Matt coming back with firewood everyone sighed in relief as they wouldn't be able to walk anymore if Matt had said that they can't stay here as well.

"OK, now let's eat some meat!"
