After lighting the fire, Matt stabbed the pieces of meat that he had already taken out from the inventory on some of the woods placing them near the fire so that they can be cooked a little.

"Matt! Where did you got the meat!?" asked Natasha.

"It's from the Monkey Leader whom you shot 2 times and I stabbed in the head" Matt replied truthfully.

"WHAT!? When did you skinned him!?" asked Natasha in shock while other girls made faces as they didn't wanted to eat the meat of the monkey.

"I was the in the back so i had a lot of time to do that!?" Matt replied than he turned his head and looked at the girls who were making faces.

"I won't force you to eat it but let me remind you that we haven't even travelled half the distance and you will need energy to travel that much distance so you should eat whatever you get. Specially this monkey meat because when alive this b.a.s.t.a.r.d wanted to kill you all" Matt said.

Hearing Matt's word they remembered that this monkey was the leaders of other monkey and he enjoyed when his brethrens killed the humans and even celebrating with them. Moreover they were hungry so it was like two birds with one stone and for them.

All of them came and circled around the fire, Matt had nine pieces of meat stuck in 9 wooden sticks so everyone could hold on to one stick and eat their meat on their own.

After 15 minutes the meat was cooked and everyone could smell it.

"Grr..." their stomach growled and before Matt could even stay anything 8 out of 9 sticks were picked and everyone other than started to eat their food.

"Ah!""Oh" "oo!" they cried in pain due to their tounge getting burned from the recently cooked meat.

"Don't be so impatient the meat isn't going anywhere! Eat slowly and don't let your tongue get burned" Matt stated.

The others nodded their head and this time blowed cold air from there mouth taking small bites of the meat.

The moment the meat entered their mouth they felt that it melted, it had such juiciness in it that their eyes popped open in surprise by the taste of it. One pf the most important good things about mutated animals meat is that you don't need any kind of spices or even salt to make it tasty.

All you have to do is cook the meat a little and taste the soft and juicy mutated meat. The higher the Level of Mutated animals meat, the tastier it becomes.

Matt smiled as he saw the expression everyone made when they ate the Level 2 monkey's meat.

He himself picked up the last stick which had the meat in it and was going to eat it when he saw Natasha, Jim and Sarah had stopped eating after taking the first bite and were behaving like a statue.

"What happened to them thought!?" as he placed down his meat and walked towards them.

Just as he was going to shake Natasha all three of them s.h.i.+vered and regained their bearings.

"Natasha what happened!?" asked Matt even though he had almost guessed it but he couldn't just believe if what he guessed is true.

"I got an ability!" replied Natasha while still in shock.

"I gained one as well" Jim said.

"So did I!" Sarah added.

"What!? What are they talking about!?" asked Drake.

Matt didn't had the time to reply to Drake's question as in front of him were three people who had been the first one to gain abilities in this life of his and that too from just the meat of a Level 2 mutated animal.

Matt himself had already eaten the meat of a Level 3 mutated animal but he still didn't receive any ability and here they were not 1, nor 2 but 3 people gaining ability at once from the meat that he provided to them.

"What are they!? Show it to me!" Matt said with seriousness.

Since Matt asked they weren't going to s.h.i.+rk back especially Natasha who was eager to show the new ability that she had gained.

She took out the Machete from its scabbard and swings it towards a tree. There was a wave released from the swing, the speed of the wave was fast and there was a large and deep cut on the tree.

Everyone was shocked from that attack, Drake and the other three girls were so surprised that they jumped up from the ground and hurriedly stood behind Matt.

"That's quite an offensive ability you got Natasha!" Matt said as he hid his surprised expression but couldn't hide it in his voice.

"siiiii... It's way better than mine!" said Jim

Sarah was just silent but looking at her behaving like that Matt was curious what ability she had gotten so before Jim could show his ability Matt asked "Sarah why don't you show us what ability you got!?"

"Umm..... Yes Yes" said Sarah as she stood up and walked towards Jim, causing Matt to raise his eyebrow as he couldn't understand the reason behind this.

"What is it Ms. Sarah!" asked jim as he also didn't know the reason for her coming towards him.

"Can you please show me your injury!?" asked Sarah

Hearing Sarah's words Matt's eyes turned wide open as he thought of the possibility of what those words could mean.

Jim showed the long gash that he had on his arm which was wrapped in bandages to Sarah.

She raised both of her arms towards Jim's wound and a white light came out of it and in the next 2 seconds Jim felt all the pain of his arm disappearing. Jim was surprised as he looked at his arm and hurriedly removed his bandages. When the banadages were removed everyone saw that the long gash that Jim had on his arm had disappeared totally leaving only a scar behind.

Gasps were heard when they saw that jims arm was completely healed. As all of them understood what that mean.

"She is a healer!"
