"Wh- What is this!? Why haven't the mission accomplished for the compulsory mission" Matt thought, "Didn't I returned safely!?"

After hearing that Matt knew that until he gets out of this Forest then his compulsory mission won't be accomplished.

"Fine, I already got 5 survival points and by the time I get out of this forest those 5 points won't be as important as they would be now" Matt thought simply because every bit added strength would be needed for successful survival in the wild.

Thinking till here Matt started walking once again and catched up to the others in minutes and slowly followed them.

Natasha continued to talk to the girls, the girl with ash brown hair colour was called Dorothy, the curly hair one was named Kimberly and the other two who were sisters were Patricia and Paula after talking with them she easily became acquainted with them and she even asked for the names of the two men as well.

The man who fought the monkey was called Jim and the other one was called Drake and both were bachelors and didn't had any family to go back to but they still very much wanted to get out of this forest and go back home.

Since Natasha kept the mood of everyone elevated no one was down and had negative thoughts in their mind.

It took them 15 minutes to reach a distance where they could see the steel wires after which they stopped moving in that direction and walked towards there right where the exit for this national forest was.

Since the exit wasn't anywhere near Matt knew that they would have to at least stay a night here in the forest and the only thing all these people could eat was the meat that he didn't wanted to share with them.

There was no way he was going to waste the Level 3 mutated Black Bears meat on these people at most he could let them have the Level 2 mutated Monkey so that they could become a little strong and regain their vitality.

The sun had started to set and nothing else bad happened today allowing Matt to let his mind be at ease. Since they had to stay for the night Matt choose a pace right next to the steel wires so that they would be able to see if anyone came from that side and the other side would be monitored by all of them in rotation.

"grr....." came a noise but this wasn't an animals noise as matt had heard this noise many times sometimes it cam from him as well.

"Looks like someone can't control his hunger" Matt said as he looked at the others but he didn't pointed out anyone.

"I will go and look around for some fire woods so that we can cook something for you all" said Matt as he walked towards the forest to look for the dry woods.

"Wait! let me come with you!" said Drake as he didn't wanted to sit around and do nothing.

"Stay there! I don't know which wild animal I will run into while I fetch the woods and in the night I may not be able to protect myself let alone you" Matt stated.

Hearing those words of Matt Drake stopped himself from following him as he knew that he won't be able to help him if something like this really happened.

"Matt wait! Don't go!? If what you said really happened than what!?" Natasha said.

"Don't worry nothing will happen to me if I am alone! I know how to survive in the wild" Matt said as he walked away in the forest.

It wasn't like this was his first time in the forest so he didn't cared about getting killed by an animal or anything.

Matt walked around the forest and collected as many fire wood as he could so that he won't have to find it again after which he took out the body of level 2 mutated monkey and started to skin and hack his meat.

With the level 1 kukri of his it was easy to skin all the meat but he didn't wanted to waste all of that on the people he barely knew. As he was skinning the meat Matt heard some noise not far from him thinking that it was some animal who was attracted by scent of the Level 2 mutated monkey's meat. Matt left some meat there and kept the rest in the inventory after which he hurriedly climbed the tree right next to where he was skinning the meat.

He only had to wait 30 seconds at most after which he saw the animal that was attracted by the scent of the meat of his level 2 mutated monkey.

It was a wolf and a wolf who had mutated and become a level 1 wolf. That's why he was attracted to the Level 2 meat so much that he even left behind his pack to get to this meat. For any Level 1 mutated animal the meat of Level 2 mutated animal is a delicacy. Not only is it tasty but after eating it he would be able to become a Level 2 mutated animal himself.

"Sorry, I normally would have let you eat that little piece of meat so that I could get more body meat of level 2 from you but not today... I need you to die as Level 1 so that I could accomplish my mission"
