Other than that, who would have 1000 interspatial rings just laying around outside powers like the Sky Empire? Maybe the Explorer's Union?

To be honest, Xuan Hao only using half a day to make an interspatial ring could easily shock other Domain Lords.

After all, the process of crafting an interspatial ring involved the manipulation of space and took a long time to make. Skilled Domain Lords could make an interspatial ring over a few days, while normal Domain Lords would have to use at least a few weeks of dedicated effort to make one!

That was not to say that one would also need to know a formation that could bind the space together with the ring to even make a proper interspatial ring in the first place.
