"Ah! It is a big decision doctor. So I am a little worried." Jacob smiled hesitantly, still thinking of many things. 

"There are currently three female volunteers, who have qualified to be surrogate mother. Maybe you should meet them first and then later you take time to think about it!" The doctor suggested warmly.

"I think that is a good idea doctor. I would like to meet them first and know more about them." Jacob nodded his head in approval. 

"Very well then, we shall go to the other wing." The doctor got up, from her seat. "I am going to take him to the surrogacy ward, you take care in the meanwhile Dr. Emily!" The doctor smiled at the red headed girl.

"Yes doctor!" Emily smiled half heartidly , feeling bad for not being taken along Jacob. 

Jacob too got up from his seat and they both walked outside the doctor's office. The elderly doctor paced briskly on the long corridor of the maternity wing and stepped on a bricked porch, followed by a beautiful garden. "This is our surrogacy residential ward. The pregnant ladies and volunteers stay here, till the time they are under contract." 

"Wow! Very nicely maintained." Jacob smiled looking at the neat multi storied building in front of him and a large beautiful garden. 

"You can go inside, since only females are allowed to enter. The three ladies must be now coming down in a few seconds. You can interview each, one by one!" The doctor smiled.

"Perfect!" Jacob looked around the garden and spotted a few expecting ladies walking lesurely in the garden, each one followed by a nurse. The boy was pretty happy with the beautiful surroundings and ambience, in which the expectant mothers were living. 

Suddenly three females, came towards the two of them and smiled looking at the doctor. 

"h.e.l.lo doctor!" The three spoke in unison. 

"h.e.l.lo ladies, this is Mr. Miller, who would want to talk to each of you about surrogacy." 

Jacob smiled looking at the three ladies. 

"Elisa, you can go first please!" The doctor looked at a lady, dressed in a flowry green colored, knee length dress.

Elisa smiled and walked upto Jacob with a pleasant smile. "h.e.l.lo Mr. Miller, I am Elisa!" 

"h.e.l.lo, Call me Jacob please. Please come." Jacob signalled the lady to walk with him. The lady was a pretty and short highted girl, who had a very pleasant appearance and a beautiful smile. She appeared to be about 30-35 years of age, to Jacob.

The two walked walked in the garden, and Jacob turned to look at the lady. "So Miss, Elisa, why did you volunteer to go in for surrogacy?" 

"Well, It would be a lie, if I say, it is not for money, but a social cause. I already have a three year old kid, and I have to sponser his education. I am a divorcee, so I have no way else to support myself, besides doing odd jobs."
