"Ok! Calm down! It is not like you will have a baby instantly. You are just here to enquire about the procedure. You are not here to say yes to them. Calm down Jacob! You are just curious, not that you are going to have a baby!" Jacob's hand was on the door and he was waiting for a reply from inside the room.

Suddenly the door flew open and a full eight month preganant lady, walked out of the room. Jacob freaked out looking at the lady's large belly. "Bad idea Jacob!" 

He was about to walk away, when he heard a female voice from inside. "Mr. Jacob Miller, please come inside!" 

Jacob took deep breaths, and entered the room. The a.s.sistant doctor signalled the boy to take a seat, opposite to the doctor. While the masked doctor was busy reading the form, filled by Jacob.

"h.e.l.lo doctor!" Jacob looked at the elderly doctor, who had just removed her mask, to talk to Jacob.

She appeared to be in her late sixtes, but was extremely smart and elegant. Her short white hair, complemented her fair skin.

"h.e.l.lo Mr. Jacob! How are you!" The lady looked at Jacob and was stunned to see such a young boy. "Hmm! You look younger than 25!" 

"Haha! Thanks for the compliment doctor!" Jacob smirked awkwardly. What the h.e.l.l am I doing here. This is all ladies' section. This is so awkward. What the h.e.l.l did I get myself into!

"So Jacob, you want to apply for surrogacy. May I know, in person why do you want that, at such an age?" The doctor, placed her finger on her chin, looking at the boy pensively.

"Hah!! You see doctor, at such an age, I have seen a lot in my life. I lost my mother when I was still a baby and then I lost my father, few months back. I know, the importance of having a family. I crave for one, right now!" Jacob pursed his lips, sighing out loud.

"Ohh! I am so sorry to hear that but Jacob, are you sure this is not a temporary feeling. Maybe in another one year, you feel like not having the responsibility of having a baby. We have had cases, where people have later given the kids for adoption in few months! That's why we need to be sure, you are a valid candidate!!" The doctor looked at the boy, carefully studying him.
