Chapter 23: Looking For Her Son

Even though he’d spent a short time in the kindergarten, he loved to spend time there . So when his Mommy would come to pick him up and the others would proudly introduce him to their fathers and asked him when his father would pick him up, it wounded his fragile heart .

Tang Siyu turned around saw it was the director and was immensely surprised . She walked towards her and politely asked, “Director, did Little Xi cause trouble at school today?”

The director slowly shook her head, “He didn’t cause any trouble . I just have something important to tell you . At three o’clock today, Tang Xiaoxi’s biological father picked him up . ”

Tang Siyu was rendered speechless, as her mind almost exploded with shock . “What biological father!? I’m my son’s only parent, there’s no father!”

Now, even the director was astonished . “What? Miss Tang, your son’s father is Mr . Xing Liehan, don’t you know that?”

Tang Siyu was furious at the school’s careless actions, however, she was confused as to who this Xing Liehan was . She asked in a hurry, “Do you know where they took Xiaoxi to?”

The director took out the name card that Xing Liehan had handed to her and said, “Mr . Xing asked me to tell you to go to this place . I’m really sorry for this mess, ma’am . I a.s.sumed you already knew the child’s father . ”

In the midst of a row of skysc.r.a.pers, a particular one stood out because of its awe-inspiring height, it was as if that building connected the heavens and earth themselves . She looked at the name card and confirmed the name again . She nodded vigorously and said, “Yes, that’s the one!”
