Tomorrow is the 10th of June . It's my birthday!! Wohoo!! It's a day I'd look forward to every year . But this year without daddy, I even wonder if I'd be celebrating my birthday .

'Oh! Jayne's birthday is on the 10th of June . That's quite a revelation . Jayne, this year I promise to make it the best birthday ever!' Ronnie thought to himself .

Dear Nadia

Guess what, today I indeed had my birthday celebration . You know my paternal uncle, aunt and their sixteen year old son, Gaurav had come to celebrate my birthday .

Mommy had got me a new dress, cakes, chocolates, my favourite Mickey Mouse as a gift . Everything was great . Except for the fact that daddy didn't even come home today nor did he wish me . I missed him a lot today . It's like suddenly he's not a part of my life at all .

Mommy asked me to go to uncle's place for vacation since I'm bored at home . I'll at least have Gaurav bhaiya* to play with . I said I won't go leaving Mommy alone .

But she told me that she'd search for a new house and s.h.i.+ft from this place by this weekend . So it'll be easier for her if I'm at aunt's place .

I didn't throw a tantrum and make it hard for mommy as it has already been very hard for her these days . I agreed and packed my bags . I made sure to keep my Mickey Mouse with me . So tomorrow morning I'll be leaving to M city with aunt, uncle and bhaiya .

I'll be taking you along with me Nadia . Without mommy and daddy with me, you are the only one I have .

Ronnie guessed that Maya's mother didn't want her to be affected by the cruel society they're in . She wanted to make sure her daughter gets a normal childhood unaffected by the harsh society . So, she tactfully sent her away with her aunt and uncle .

Dear Nadia,

Today, mommy cried so much when I was leaving . I told her not to cry since I'll be anyway coming back after she finds a new home . But she didn't stop crying at all . So I told her, if this is the case, then I won't go at all after which she stopped crying . Then, we hugged and kissed each other before I left .

We reached M city . Uncle and aunt are very considerate of me . They love me so much . They never made me feel like I'm away from home . I wish even mommy was here with me .

You know what, they have such a huge house with so many rooms and garden . They even prepared a room for me .

Nadia, my room is so nice . It's walls are painted pink . I've a Cinderella bed, study table with a chair . Uncle and aunt have also got me so many new dresses . The cupboard is full of nice, new clothes and shoes .

They pamper me so much . With just one day, I already feel like a princess . Everything is so good here except that mommy and daddy aren't here .

I unpacked my bag and took out my Mickey mouse and placed it on the bed beside me . I took out a photo frame of mommy, daddy and Maya and kept it on the bedside table .

Since I was a little tired due to the journey, I was lying on the bed . At that time someone knocked the door and came in . It was aunt . She came and tenderly hugged me . She got me changed into a new pink Cinderella dress .

She lovingly put me to bed and told, Maya, if there's anything wake up bhaiya . He's just in the next room . Sleep well baby . Good night! She kissed me with affection just like mommy . Later, she switched off the lights leaving a bed light on,  closed the door behind and left .

Ronnie flipped over to the next page as he reached the end of that page .

It was written in bold letters . .

I DON'T WANT TO WRITE ABOUT MY LIFE ANYMORE! IT'S ALL OVER!

Lots of tear drops had made their mark on the plain white sheet of paper .

But Ronnie was bewildered because there were things written further too . With furrowed eyebrows, he turned over to the next page .
