This certain someone was none other than prince Damon.

After he handled his state affairs he headed straight to his beloved princess.

When he arrived he was greeted by the scene of a falling princess.

He did not hesitate and rushed to catch his lover.

"What happened here?" asked prince Damon prince Maze with a monotone voice.

"Princess Margaret and I were having a cup of tea together. Suddenly she felt dizzy and fainted. And the rest you know." responded prince Maze.

Prince Damon's face darkened.

He could not help but feel jealous of that some other man was drinking tea with his little white rabbit.

Even though that other man was none other than his childhood friend Maze.

If it was someone else he would have secretly have taken drastic measures to keep that person away from his Margaret.

Annoying flies should keep their distance from his princess!

Afterall, she was a naive little white rabbit who can easily been taken advantage of.

He has to protect her from this cruel world, so that she would always remain his cute little white rabbit.

"Thanks brother Maze for taking care of my fiancée. I will now bring my fiancée to her bed chamber, so she can rest."

Prince Damon especially emphasized the t.i.tle fiancée.

Prince Maze gritted his teeth and replied firmly:

"You are welcome brother Damon. After all she is also my very close childhood friend."

Prince Maze particularly stressed the adjective close.

What Damon can do, he can do better thought Maze to himself.

Both princes threw sharp glares to each other.

The royal guards who witnessed the scene could not help but internally facepalm themselves due to the childish behaviour of the princes.

Both of them were behaving like two little girls who are fighting over a doll, everytime when princess Margaret was involved.

Princess Margaret is their doll.

After what felt like an eternity, the glaring contest between the princes was over and prince Damon carried princess Margaret to her bed chamber.

Three days pa.s.sed and princess Margaret still did not wake up from her deep sleep

Meanwhile in Mazeldovia Maze trashes his office

"How dare he tricked me!" yelled Maze furiously.

"Well I wonder, who tricked the all mighty prince of Mazeldovia." said the disguised man ,who appeared out of nowhere, sarcastically.

"Y-You!" the prince could only bring out at this moment.

"Young prince time is precious. We can waste our time with your emotional outburst and you scolding me. Or we can invest our time by coming direct to the point of my visit." answered the disguised man and a smug smile appeared on his face.

This man was really getting on his nerve thought Maze to himself.

"What is the occasion of your visit?" asked Maze with a dark face.

"What's with that face of your's? Is it supposed to give me goose ups? Is this how you repay your beneficator? Nevermind, I am here to rea.s.sure you that very soon your innermost desires will be fulfilled. Just be patient, ungrateful brat." said the disguised man and disappeared.

At the very same day princess Margaret awoke from her deep sleep.

But no one knew that her awakening would lead to a century long war between the kingdoms.
