Instead of going back inside the condo, she talks herself into finding her courage to face them.  She needs to figure out a way for her to meet Tanaga's girlfriend, who's acting like a snake the way she was all over him. 

Ashley straightened her clothes, dusted a speck of imaginary dust.  She then took a deep breath and pausing before, "Sir Jones!" Ashley called as she approached the two.

When Tanaga heard Ashley's voice, he hurriedly pushed Ohani into the elevator and went in as well so he could press the close b.u.t.ton. As soon as he saw that the elevator door was closing, he hurriedly got out. Then, "Phew! Oh, my! That was close!" He whispered to himself before facing Ashley.

Being guilty, Tanaga smiled as sweet as he could, "Dear, did you call me?" He even adorned the smile with two of his deep dimples, trying to be cute.

' Is this guy kidding me? He even called me dear, thinking that it would work.  Not!  Who do you think you're messing with?  I wasn't born yesterday.  No matter what, let's see if you don't kneel before me and declare your love when the time comes. ' Ashley thought as she approached.

"Is she the one? Why did you send her away? I could have left first if I need to." Ashley gently said, letting him know that everything was fine with her.  She wants him to see that she wasn't affected at all. While she just stood and stared straight at Tanaga.

"Ah! Her! She's nothing, just a childhood friend who just came back from America and only stopping by to say h.e.l.lo." Tanaga explained, with a blatant lie. 

To get out of the hot seat, he quickly changed the subject.  "By the way, why did you call me earlier? I'm so sorry, I didn't hear you, by the time I did, it was already too late, and she was gone.  If I had heard you right away, I wouldn't have introduced you." Tanaga insists that he didn't hear Ashley calling him.

' Really?  Didn't you hear me?  When I saw that, you shoved her so fast that she almost bang her head on the elevator door!'   She thought as she stared at him void of emotion.

Ashley just nodded for a moment then turned to go back to the condo. She didn't say anything anymore, for she's afraid that what comes out of her mouth might not sound right. 

 As Ashley walked back to the apartment, her mind wandered ...  ' What's wrong with me? I don't even have the right to be jealous, but I can't help it! Oh, my heart! Please, stop! Nothing would come out of this would be good for you! Do you understand?' She keeps on telling her heart, hoping that it would listen.

Ashley took a deep breath and let out a big sigh while entering the condo.  Tanaga saw all this, and it's breaking his heart.  He wanted to console her, but he knows it was him that's causing Ashley to be in despair.   Therefore, he did what he thought best, he quickly chased after his wife like a puppy, knowing he had done something wrong ... 

As they neared their bodyguards, Tanaga noticed that they were shaking for they were laughing their a.s.s out. So he gave them a murderous look before smacking them all on their heads one by one as he entered.  "You!  You!  You!  You all wait..." He said as he walks inside the condo.

Immediately upon Tanaga's entry into the condo, he quickly searched for Ashley. He thought she might have gone to the bedroom, he follows.  When he couldn't find her in the room, he returned to the living room.  However, she wasn't there either. 

Then a thought came to his mind, and he quickly ran towards the balcony.  He knows Ashley was  upset, and she might decide to jump off.' [only kidding!] Ashley wasn't on the balcony either.  

Tanaga's face began to sour, for he couldn't find Ashley anywhere.  He checked the remaining four rooms left, but Ashley was nowhere to be found.  "Fu*k! Where could she be?  I check everywhere already?"  He mumbles as he kept on walking around, looking for her.

When he still couldn't find Ashley, he thought of asking the bodyguards if she stepped out without him knowing.  As he was walking towards the door, he suddenly heard a loud bang.  *Bang-bang-bang!* It's was booming, and it seems to be coming from the kitchen.

'What the heck is wrong with me? I looked around a few times and not even thinking about the kitchen. Hahaha! What a dumb a.s.s I am!" Tanaga said to himself as she slowly opened the kitchen door.

He slowly pokes his head there! Finally, the person he was looking for was busy smas.h.i.+ng garlic. * Bang-bang-bang!* Tanaga overheard, and he let out a big sighed.

Tanaga would have come-in to apologize because he knew he had made a mistake, but his pride got the better of him, and he decided not to.  It better to let Ashley continue what she was doing and let her cool off.  Then he would speak to her.

Since Ashley was busy in the kitchen, he decided to take a shower first to sober up.  

Meanwhile, Ashley decided to cook something to clear her mind. From the moment she learns how to cook whenever she feels terrible, she would pour it all out in the kitchen.  Most of the time, Ashley would overdo herself and cook so much for her family.  She would start making one dish and end up with variety after done. Therefore, her brothers would p.i.s.s her off on purpose so she would be in a lousy mood and cook.

Ashley believes the old saying...  "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach" So she was going to cook for Tanaga the best dish she knew how... Then, if he still doesn't fall for her... " Forget it then! Who does he think he is?" Ashley mumbles to herself while she was busy cooking her heart out.

When Tanaga finished taking a shower, he put on a short and a white s.h.i.+rt.  Making himself look homey.  He then came out of the living room and turned on the television to watched a baseball game.  "Now, this is what we called living...  A beautiful wife is cooking in the kitchen while I'm sitting here comfortably watching a game.  I could never get used to this."  He told himself while flipping the channel, looking for a game.

Only later did he smell Ashley's cooking, and he couldn't help but wonder what it was. At the very smell, he was already moaning, and his stomach was growling. 

"Hmmm, what did Ashley cook? It smells delicious.  I can't wait to have a taste..." Tanaga said to himself, wondering if he should go to the kitchen or waits for Ashley to prepare and serve the food to him?  As usual, his arrogance kicked in, and Tanaga decided to wait and continue watching the baseball game.

Unfortunately, once the game he was watching had finished, Ashley still wasn't serving any food.  He thought, 'should she be done the cooking by now?  What's taking her so long?"

When Tanaga couldn't stand waiting any longer, he turned the television off and went to the kitchen. What he saw shocked him...  Ashley was no longer in the kitchen and that it was spotless.  He walked out of the kitchen and went to the dining room to see if there is food?

He was even more surprised when he saw the amount of food Ashley had prepared for him ...  However, not even Ashley's shadow was around.  And...  Ashley didn't bother letting Tanaga know that she was finished, and the food was ready.

' Hmmm?  There's something fishy in here?  Why would she not call me and let me know that food is ready? '  He thought while making his way to the bedroom to see if she's in there...
