When Xia Sinian saw the confused look on his a.s.sistant's face, he said, "Just get me all the resumes of the people that were interviewed today."

Knowing Li Bingbing, Xia Sinian guessed that she might have faked her name just so she won't be rejected.

His cold face cracked when he entered his room. He never expected that Li Bingbing would still want to work in his company. He knew how capable she was, especially in computers. With her help, things would become easier for the Programming department in his company.

Since he saw that Li Bingbing looked like she finally stopped pursuing him, he decided to give her a chance in the company, it all for work sake.

He went and sat on his swivel chair. He looked at the ring on his finger before he gently caressed it. He was looking at it as if it was so important for him. He slid the ring off of his finger and took a small navy box from his table's drawer.

When he opened it, another ring was seen. It was a ring with a diamond on top. He placed his ring inside and stared at it for a while.

At the back of the rings, an 'XS ♥ LB' was engraved on it. A pained smile appeared on his lips. "You're an idiot for loving me..."

He kept the ring box in the drawer. He leaned against his seat and looked up at the ceiling.

Li Bingbing was still wearing his gla.s.ses. Because of that, Xia Sinian knew that he was still special for her. "That troublesome girl."

Li Bingbing was really hoping that Xia Sinian would accept her in his company or else she would need to think of something else to look into his marriage life.

His marriage life was so quiet. Whenever she tried to look into it, there would always be zero results and this was was the reason why she wanted to investigate it.

"If he doesn't accept me then that would mean that he doesn't really have feelings for me anymore, on the other hand, if he accepted me in his company then that was a sign that Xia Sinian still loved me.' Li Bingbing mumbled to herself while she was walking.

When Li Bingbing arrived home, there was no one there. Her place was quiet and the only one who talked to her, as usual, was her 2D husbands.

She took off her clothes and placed them in the dirty laundry basket before she went and lied down on her bed.

She saw him today. Li Bingbing was so happy that she saw Xia Sinian that day. His face was enough to make her happy. He didn't need to talk to her, as long as she can see him every day in person, that was enough for her. She decided not to think much of the ring on his finger since she doesn't want to trouble herself by crying again.

While thinking of Xia Sinian, she eventually fell asleep, dreaming of the time when they were still together.

She only woke up that afternoon when she felt a hand, groping her breast, and soft lips, kissing her neck.

Li Bingbing groaned at this, she knew who it was. She ended up pus.h.i.+ng Lu Xian Yu away. She opened her sleepy eyes and looked at him with a blank look on her face. "Don't you know that you shouldn't disturb a woman who is having her beauty sleep?"

"It's you who tempted me by sleeping in your undies." He pouted; he moved and went on top of her again.

"I always sleep this way." She crossed her arms. "I'm not in the mood to have s.e.x with you right now, so go away."

"I'm in the mood so let's f*ck." He leans down and continued on kissing her neck.

Li Bingbing tried to push him away. "Babe, do you want me to kick you out of my bed?"
