*Ding*, the elevator door opened.

But no one got out of it.

Hannah was stuck in the middle of the elevator, too afraid to see Seo Joon face to face again. It was pretty uneventful after last night's dinner as they went on separate ways, both of them too prideful after that kiss.

But this morning, Hannah gathered her courage and went on to shop for fresh ingredients so that she could cook something for Seo Joon.

She was pretty excited from when she prepared the food until she reached Kimsun electronics. But the moment that she got inside the elevator, her heart started to pound. All her boldness have vanished and she chickened out.

The elevator doors started to close but a man's strong hand stopped it from happening. Hannah lifted her head up and saw Seo Joon, "Joon."

"Hannah? What… are you doing here?", he asked, confused that she didn't get off the elevator when it stopped.

"Umm…", she could only utter the syllable before she raised her hand to give him the lunchbox. "Lunch.", she spoke.

Seo Joon had always known how Hannah is such a talkative one ever since they were kids and seeing her all fl.u.s.tered like this made his heart flutter.

His gaze s.h.i.+fted to her extended arm and saw the lunchbox that she was holding out. The corners of his mouth lifted up a little before he grabbed Hannah's hand and dragged her into his office.

She clumsily followed him and when they reached inside, Seo Joon closed the door behind them and pushed Hannah against it.

Hovering over her, Seo Joon's physique made Hannah gulp as she smelled his musky scent. He was oozing with s.e.x appeal at that moment even without saying anything.

Slapping a hand next to Hannah's head, Seo Joon made the perfect kabedon pose. Looking down at the woman below him, "Are you back to making my lunches everyday?", he spoke in a low voice.

Hannah struggled to look at him in the eye, "I… I…", she stuttered.

"Yes, you… Hannah, are you… going to make lunch for me everyday?"

She pursed her lips, the beating of her heart made it difficult to answer the man who's flirting with her.

Seo Joon leaned in and his lips stopped just a few inches from hers. He stared into her eyes and she closed hers.

She waited for it to happen but Seo Joon backed away and took the lunchbox from her hand before he sat down on the sofa, "Come. Let's eat. I'm starving."

Hannah's heart sank disappointed for that almost kiss. She was so sure that he did that on purpose.

Later that afternoon, Samantha and Becca have just finished the Mashbox event.

Mashbox is a cosmetic company and they have invited Becca to guest at the launch of their new product line. Becca wanted to help Samantha gain more supporters and exposure so whenever she gets invited to an event, she would always ask if she can have a plus one.

"Ms. Kim, please accept this gift box. We hope that you like them.", said the staff from Mashbox as she handed a heavy looking gift box that contained a lot of their products.

"Thank you, Rina. I'm sure I will like them.", she accepted the gifts and gave a friendly smile. Samantha had gotten used to receiving gifts after the events that she and Becca went to. Perks of being an influencer.

For the past few weeks, Samantha had gained more than a hundred thousand followers and it was mostly women who were attracted to those who they can relate or look up to; someone who was brave enough to try things out and her skydiving video attracted a lot of those. It was pretty fast for her but because of Becca's support and Samantha's own ability to attract people and her vlogging skills, it was pretty understandable.

Samantha's still new to the whole thing but she had been trying to up her skills. Though she had only been able to upload her travel vlogs from Country D as well as some first impressions of a few of the products that were given to here, the numbers of supporters were growing.

"Sam, are you heading home?", Becca asked as they approached the parking lot.

"I need to stop by at Trident first.", Samantha caught a glimpse of Becca's trunk. "Oh that's a huge bag, are you traveling somewhere?"

Becca looked at her suitcase and chuckled, "Yeah, I just bought it as I will be going to the countryside. I have been wanting to go there since I came back to the country but I have also been putting it off. So I'll be leaving in 2 days."

"Wow how long are you going to be gone?"

"Probably a week, I'm not sure... I'll vlog and enjoy the scenery at the same time." Becca answered.

"Is there anything good there?"

"I heard there's a cold spring and… oh, there's a zip line! Have you tried that before?"

Samantha shook her head, "No… I've only seen it on the internet. That sounds nice! I kinda miss going on adventures, to be honest."

Becca beamed, "Well if you're up for it we can go together? But I don't know if Mr. Cho will allow you to travel for a week."

"You know what? I would love that! I'll let him know later.", Samantha stated.

Becca just arrived inside her apartment when her phone rang. Placing all her things on the buffet table, she reached for her phone inside her bag.

When she saw the ID on her screen, she hesitated before answering the phone call.

"h.e.l.lo, love.", the mysterious man spoke.

Becca just stood there and didn't speak. Her breathing started to hasten with just the sound of his voice.

"Did you receive my letter? I will see you soon, are you excited?"

"Go to h.e.l.l, Gael.", Becca gritted her teeth.

Gael chuckled, "I miss you too, love."

"Stop doing this. I don't want to see you.", she spoke before she hung up the call.
