"Yes Yes let's get moving" said Patricia.

The journey from there wasn't hard and they were easily able to reach near the exit place of National Forest but Matt and Natasha had a problem. They couldn't take the bear from the main entrance hence they had to walk by the boundary where 8 feet tall wires were placed.

"How are we going to take them out of here!?" asked Natasha they had already sent the others to move towards the exit while only the two of them stayed behind to find a way to get the cubs out of here.

Natasha leave your cub here and get out of the forest than come to the other side of wires so that I can throw the cubs to you.

"That's a great idea, I will go now" Natasha said as she pa.s.sed her cub to Matt and ran towards the exit of the forest.

There were many people standing on the gate of the forest some were reporters some were military but before the reporters could ask any questions to them everyone will be whisked away by the military and so did Natasha. Though she was later released after only 10 minutes after which she went towards the place where Matt was waiting for her from inside the forest.

"What took you so long!?" asked Matt as he thought she would be here in 2 minutes but it took her more time than he thought.

"The military stopped me and asked question about the mutated animals we fought after which they made me sign the non disclosure agreement swearing that I won't tell anyone about the mutated animals and if anyone asks I can only answer that it was normal animals who became violent. And not only that they also checked my phone for any pictures that i took along with my bag for electronics but since there was only meat in it and Jim had given a good excuse for all of us they didn't asked much" Natasha replied.

"Hoo..... so they want us to keep our mouth shut and not tell the general public about it" Matt said with anger clear in his voice, he knows that the reason for it to not cause panic among citizens but because of this ordinary people didn't knew anything and remained oblivious until the Apocalypse hit them. His family and friends became the victims from this as well.

"Here catch them" Matt said and throwed the cubs over the 8 feet tall wires for Natasha to catch them one by one.

After that he also left for the gate where the military was waiting for him.

The moment Matt came out of the forest he was surrounded by Military before the media could reach him and took him with them to a wooden cabin.

There was a man waiting for him sitting on the chair while in front of him was a table which had papers laying on it here and there. He was wearing the Army combat uniform like his other friends which consists of a jacket and trousers worn with combat boots and a t-s.h.i.+rt and a matching patrol cap. From the One Star (O-7) he had Matt knew that the person in front of him was most likely a Brigadier General (Army, Air Force and Marines) or a Rear Admiral - Lower Half (Navy and Coast Guard).

"Come sit Mr.Matthew Smith, I have been waiting for you . I am Brigadier General Richards" said the general from his seat introducing himself.

"What!? Does Brigadier General Richards wants from me!? I just came out from a deadly adventure and would like to rest." Matt said but since he was completely expressionless it didn't looked like he was tired at all.

"Yeah I understand you must be quite tired after all without you none of the people could have survived. The ones who came earlier in the safari told me how you took down the black bear by shooting him in the b.a.l.l.s and the ones who came just now explained how you saved them by slaughtering the monkey's who kidnapped them and even kept them well fed. I have to say I am more than impressed, we need men like you in our army." said Brigadier General Richards.

"Thanks but I am sorry I can't join the military, I have more important things to do!" Matt said.

"Oh! I know after all you are the top engineering student in the prestigious H university" Brigadier General Richards said, "Well I have already asked from the others but I want to ask you, how you will describe the animals you have fought!?"

"They mutated and evolved into something stronger, faster and bigger luckily they still had weaknesses such as neck and b.a.l.l.s otherwise we would have died" Matt replied.

"Hmm.... well we will look into that but before we let you go, you have to sign this non-disclosure agreement which states that you can't speak of anything that you had faced inside the forest!" said Brigadier General Richards.

"Why!? Shouldn't you be informing the public about the threat these mutated animals can be. I know they may get scared and create chaos but it's better than being unprepared?" Matt asked.

"That is something for us to decide not you Matthew! This Non-Disclosure agreement is something you need to sign otherwise you won't be able to get out of here!" replied Brigadier General Richards

"So you are going to let the public be unaware that there may be a potential virus that can mutate the animals and make them more stronger and violent such that they could even threaten their life!" Matt almost snapped but since there were quite a lot of military personnels with weapons here along with the fact that there were still 42 days left for the apocalypse Matt didn't attacked the general.

"Stop exaggerating things there is no new virus, you are an engineer not a scientist or doctor so stop trying to create a chaos. I know young men like you want to be loved by all and wors.h.i.+pped that's why you went out of your way to save those people and now here you are trying to create chaos by creating this fake news just only to become some type of saviour who informed the people about this disaster huh!?"
