"FU*K!" cursed Matt but the pain only subsidised after a whole minute which felt an hour to Matt but his thinking was right as after adding those points to his spirit, he felt refreshed and his mind wasn't weak at all. So he hurriedly stood up and took out his Kukri from the dead body of the Grizzly bear and than moved towards the crawling level 3 wolf and stabbed him in the head to finish him off.

"Umm..... Mapping is a great ability but do I really need the appraisal skill, I mean I already know what mutated herbs are useful and what level of mutated animal I fight" Matt asked his system thinking that he may be able to gain some other ability instead of the Appraisal Skill

"What do you mean by that!? I know every mutated beast's level when I fight against one. The wolves were of three different level,and the Grizzly Bear was Level 4" Matt said.

[Wrong. There were only two different level of wolves present, the Leader of the wolf pack was a Level 2 wolf who was on the verge of evolving into a Level 3 wolf. Otherwise if he was a Level 3 wolf he would have easily killed the Level 1 Grizzly bear]

The average size of a Grizzly Bear is 6.50 feet so reaching a height of 8.60 feet after only 2 mutations is normal. The Grizzly Bear stays in hibernation till May so after a month it evolved only, twice the wolf pack new that hence they attacked her but her natural defence was better than normal wolves hence even after only two mutation it was able to defend herself]

Matt was stunned silent as his mind wasn't working well because uptill now he was looking at this the wrong way.

"You are right! all we knew was that the animals mutates 9 times, 10 if we include Level 0 which is as strong as a Soldier. But we didn't knew how to divide which level it was until someone thought of making the size, speed and defence as a factor to determine the level of the mutated animal and everyone followed it and so did I because it helped us at that time" Matt said than looked at the appraisal skill that he had gotten and asked his system "System uptil now did I made mistakes before this when I wrongly gauged the level of the mutated animal!?"

Since no one was coming towards him, Matt slowly walked towards the bushes from where the noise came and when he reached the bushes he saw a baby Grizzly Bear was sitting there crying all alone.

Seeing the baby Grizzly bear than towards the giant Grizzly bear Matt now understood why didn't the big Grizzly bear didn't ran even after it was outnumbered by a pack of wolves some of whom had evolved more than her. It was trying to protect it's child from the pack.
