In 1987, he attended his primary, secondary and earned a degree in BS Architecture, at Ateneo de Manila University in Katipunan Ave., Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Ateneo de Manila University has produced four Presidents of the Philippines and its alumni have been influential in national politics and in the business sector.

He also his asked his Dad (President during 1998-2002)to let him train as a reservist in the Scout Rangers of the Special Forces Regiment of the Philippine Army. He undergoes the Special Forces Operations Course - an eight-month course that equips each SF soldier in the basics of Special Forces and unconventional warfare operation.

The thirteen year old Zianwas five feet and eight inches, he played for the basketball junior Blue Eaglets and led them to four straight championships; he was a regular season MVP twice in a row with an average of 31.3 points, 19.2 a.s.sists, 11.1 rebounds and 3.7 steals in his senior season and named Finals MVP four times with an average of 29.7 points, 17.1 a.s.sists, 9.6 rebounds and 4.3 steals.

He grown to six foot and joined the college senior team Blue Eagles while taking up BS Architecture. Zian led the Blue Eagles in their four straight championships; he was a regular season MVP thrice in a row with an average of 29.3 points, 16.2 a.s.sists, 8.1 rebounds and 3.7 steals in his senior season and named Finals MVP three times with an average of 28.7 points, 16.1 a.s.sists, 9.6 rebounds and 3.3 steals.

Zian was led the SEABA team during 1994-2001 SEABA Championship, winning the championship four times in a row and he averaged 27.8 points, 10.5 rebounds, 18.5 a.s.sists, 2.9 steals and 1.8 blocks.

He also joined the Asian Games basketball team during 1994-2002 as scoring guard with a seven wins to zero loss and earned three gold medals. He averaged 16.8 points, 9.5 rebounds, 13.5 a.s.sists, 1.9 steals and 1.8 blocks.

Zian also led the FIBA Under-18 squad during 1990-1996 to three straight championships against powerhouse team like China, j.a.pan and South Korea. He scored an average of 25.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, 12.3 a.s.sists, 2.2 steals and 1.7 blocks.

In 1991FIBA Under-19 Basketball World Cup in Edmonton, Canada, they won all their games and advance to the championship. The team fought with all their might, but loss to US with a score 82-78 and settled for silver medal. After the loss, Zian lead again the team to won the two gold medals against 90-85 Greece and 91-83 versus Spain.

During 1995, Zian as masked man competed in the very first Summer X Games in Newport, Rhode Island & Mount Snow, Vermont with five-hundred thousand people in attendance. He won the gold medal in Skateboard Street beating Tony Hawk who took the silver medal and Zian also took the gold in Skateboard Vert Best Trick after Neal Hendrix failed on his final run.

He also took the gold in BMX Dirt and BMX Downhill Mountain bike. He took home a total of four gold medals in four events of Summer X Games.

On 1996: X Games II was held in Providence & Newport with two-hundred thousand people in attendance. Zian defended his last year event with four gold medals in the bag from Skateboard Street, Skateboard Vert Best Trick., BMX Dirt and Downhill Mountain bike.

Throughout1997: X Games III in San Diego on June 20–28, 1997 with two-hundred twenty-one thousand in attendance. Zian took the gold medal in BMX Dirt for the third time, edging out Brian Foster and Ryan Nyquist. He took the gold medal in BMX Downhill and Skateboard Street for the third time.

In the debut of Skateboard Vert Doubles, Tony Hawk and him teamed up and took home the gold. In Skateboard Vert Best Trick, Zian took home the gold by completing the first ever in history-making moments at the X Games: the "Perfect Run" and his score were a whopping 97.50.

During 1998: X Games IV was held in Mission Beach, San Diego, California on June 1998 with two-hundred thirty-three thousand in attendance. The team of Dennis McCoy and Zian took the gold in BMX Vert Doubles. Zian edges out Ryan Nyquist and Joey Garcia, took the gold in four years in a row in BMX Dirt. Zian takes his fourth gold medal in BMX Street, Skateboard Vert Best Trick and Skateboard Street. Tony Hawk and Zian took home their second gold medal in Skateboard Vert Doubles.

On1999: X Games V in Pier 30 & 32, San Francisco on June 25 – July 3, 1999 with two-hundred seventy thousand in attendance. Zian won his fifth gold medal in BMX Street, BMX Dirt and Skateboard Street. He and Tony Hawk claimed their third gold medal in Skateboard Vert Doubles. After several failed attempts, skateboarder Zian finally landed a 900-degree spin and won his fifth gold medal in Skateboard Vert Best Trick.

During 2000: X Games VI in Pier 30 & 32, San Francisco, California August 17–22, 2000. Zian won gold medal in BMX Park, landing the first ever double backflip in the compet.i.tion. He also won his first ever gold medal in Skateboard Park. He also won the gold medal in Skateboard Vert Best Trick with a Fakie 5–0 Kickflip out on the grind bar for the win. Zian won his sixth gold medal in BMX Street, BMX Dirt and Skateboard Street.

Throughout 2001: X Games VII in South Philadelphia Sports Complex, Philadelphia on August 17–22, 2001 with 235,000 in attendance. Zian managed an almost perfect Skateboard Vert run with a score of 98.00. This run is consider by many to be the best run ever in the history of Skateboard Vert, as Zian landed several tricks that had never been done before. Tony Hawk, who was commentating, nearly lost his voice while screaming in disbelief.

Zian lands the first double backflip in BMX Dirt and won the gold medal with Ryan Nyquist taking the Silver and T.J. Lavin with the Bronze. Bruce Crisman beats Zian in BMX Park and he announces his retirement from X Games after winning his seventh gold in a row in BMX Street and Skateboard Street.

In 2002, he was involved in Red Bull Stratos s.p.a.ce diving project and On 14 October 2002; Zian flew approximately thirty-nine kilometers into the stratosphere over New Mexico, United States, in a helium balloon before free falling in a pressure suit and then parachuting to Earth.

The total jump, from leaving the capsule to landing on the ground, lasted approximately ten minutes. While the free fall was expected to last between five and six minutes, he deployed his parachute after four minutes and nineteen seconds.

Reaching 1,357.64 km/h (843.6 mph)—Mach 1.25—Zian broke the sound barrier on his descent, becoming the first human to do so without any form of engine power. Measurements show Zian's also broke two other world records.

With a final alt.i.tude of 38,969 m (127,851 ft; 24 mi), he broke the unofficial record for the highest manned balloon flight of 37,640 m (123,491 ft) previously set by Nick Piantanida. He also broke the record for the highest alt.i.tude jump, set in 1960 by USAF Colonel Joseph Kittinger, who was Baumgartner's mentor and capsule communicator at mission control. These claims were verified by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI).

Zian also loved racing sports like motorbike racing, kart racing and drag racing. Major genres include motorcycle road racing and off-road racing, either on circuits or open courses, and track racing. Other categories include hill climbs, drag racing and land speed record trials.

Then, Drag racing is a type of motor racing in which automobiles or motorcycles compete, usually two at a time, to be first to cross a set finish line. The race follows a short, straight course from a standing start over a measured distance, most commonly 1⁄4 mi (1,320 ft; 402 m), with a shorter (1,000 ft (305 m)) becoming increasingly popular, as it has become the standard for Top Fuel dragsters and funny cars, where some major bracket races and other sanctioning bodies have adopted it as the standard, while the 1⁄8 mi (660 ft; 201 m) is also popular in some circles.

While, Kart racing is generally accepted as the most economic form of motorsport available on four wheels. As a free-time activity, it can be performed by almost anybody, and as a motorsport in itself, it is one of the sports regulated by FIA, permitting licensed racing for anyone from the age of 8 onward.

Climbing is the activity of using one's hands, feet, or any other part of the body to ascend a steep object. It is done for locomotion, recreation and compet.i.tion, in trades that rely on it, and in emergency rescue and military operations.

The Nose is located in Yosemite Valley, California, USA. One of the original technical climbing routes up of El Capitan and once considered impossible to climb. El Capitan is now the standard for big-wall climbing. Speed climbing of "The Nose" is also popular. Well-trained teams produce the fastest times, and there is an unofficial compet.i.tion to produce the best time. Speed climbing is a mix of aid and free-climbing. Zian set the fastest record at one hour and fifty minutes as a solo climber.

Zian still has a lot in his bucket list of things he wants to do in his lifetime like skydiving where a human body can achieve a terminal velocity of 200 km. per hour in a stable free fall.

Mountaineering is the set of activities that involves ascending mountains. Mountaineering-related activities include traditional outdoor climbing, hiking, skiing, and traversing via ferratas. Indoor climbing, sport climbing and bouldering are usually considered mountaineering as well.

He first climbed Mount Apo in Mindanao, which is 2,954 meters (9,692 ft) above sea level and highest point in the country. Next is the second highest point can be found on Luzon at Mount Pulag, a peak 2,842 meters (9,324 ft) above sea level. He has reached Mount Everest five times since 2000, without using oxygen along with four experienced Sherpa guides are Kami Rita Sherpa, Dave Hahn, Kenton Edward Cool and Ang Rita.

Zian still used face masked while doing triathlon under Stephan Vuckovic of Germany, whom partic.i.p.ated in 2000 summer Olympics and first man to win a gold medal at the Olympics. He later took part in Ironman 70.3, ITU World Triathlon Series and ITU Triathlon World Cup, winning fifteen gold medals and earning little money on the side.

He learned free diving together with the Bajau tribe in Southern part of Mindanao. He able to stay underwater for as long as five to ten minutes at depths of more than sixty meters (200 feet). He receives his PADI Advanced Diver certification in solo diving, at age of twenty-five with more than hundred logged open water dives in Philippine waters and he also attempt diving the Galathea Depth, has a depth of 10,540 meters located in the Philippine Trench.

He even partic.i.p.ated in The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, in 2009 and created by Red Bull. It's an annual international series of cliff diving events in which a limited number of compet.i.tors determine the Cliff Diving World Series winner. Divers jump from a platform at a height ranging from 26–28 m (85–92 ft). Compet.i.tions are held in a limited number of venues around the globe.

White water rafting is a good recreational outdoor activity which uses an inflatable raft to navigate a river or other body of water. Zian started whitewater rafting in the Cagayan de Oro River, Philippines during summer.

Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Pract.i.tioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without a.s.sistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible.

He learned Parkour under David Belle, a French actor, film ch.o.r.eographer and stunt coordinator. Who's deemed as the founder and leading pioneer of the physical discipline, coining it based on his training and the teachings from his father Raymond Belle.

With the help of his A.I Neo, Zian able to learn, understand and talk fluently like native in dialects such as: Cebuano, Chavacano, Ilocano, Ilonggo, Waray, Kapampangan, Bicolano, Pangasinense, Maranaoan and Kinaray-a. He also tried at least forty standard spoken langauges of other countries and he even let Neo to gather more for future needs.

He then learned bushcraft from Ray Mears; bushcraft is a popular term for wilderness survival skills. It's about thriving in the natural environment, and the acquisition of the skills and knowledge to do so. Bushcraft skills include firecraft, tracking, hunting, fishing, shelter-building, navigation by natural means, the use of tools such as knives and axes, foraging, water sourcing, hand-carving wood, container construction from natural materials, and rope and twine-making, among others.
