Facing the two attacks, a variety of methods to deal with them flashed within Shad's mind.

Shad released the mana s.h.i.+eld that was protecting his body from the previous attack, as he could not physically attack them while it was on. Not only it required a huge amount of mana, it also required him to use a large amount of spiritual force to keep it on.

As soon as the mana s.h.i.+eld dissipated, the lightning that resided within his mana pool spread out within his body.

It's electricity pumping through his veins, crackling through him, traveling to every nerve in his body like a shock.

Time seemed to have stopped for a second, the two swords attack that seemed as though they as fast as lightning was moving in slow motions in Shad point of view. his eyes were flickering with a slight white flash of electric current, making him seemed as though his eyes were like two light bulbs flas.h.i.+ng in the night.

Before the two sharp swords could even reach Shad, they suddenly stopped in midair. the two a.s.sa.s.sins felt as though two hands were quietly clasped their wrists.

they did not know when Shad moved from his previous location, But now, he was standing right in front of them as though he had always been there.

Being gripped by the wrist caused the two a.s.sa.s.sins to jump. Seeing the shallow smile on his face, the two a.s.sa.s.sins expressions greatly changed. Someone of their levels knew the significance of being grabbed by the wrists after just one move.

" Crack." Shad easily crushed each of the two a.s.sa.s.sins hands after putting some pressure into them.

" Snap." he then pulled on them. the two a.s.sa.s.sins hands were severed from their arms, causing blood to spurt everywhere as they miserably screamed." Ahhhhhhhh."

After their hands were ripped off by Shad, their killer instinct allowed them to immediately move backward, away from Shad.

Shad threw away the hands and looked at the leader of the masked men that was looking at him with bloodl.u.s.t and killing intent. then he said. " Do you think that I am such an easy target that you will take your time to toy with me before killing me."

the Leader did not answer Shad but his eyes were radiating an intense killings intents.

he suddenly made a move with his hands and another two a.s.sa.s.sins charged through the air as one, their body radiating a fiery glow as they glided through the air akin to an eagle about to s.n.a.t.c.h a rabbit with two small daggers on their hands as they pounced toward Shad.

Unlike the previous two attackers, those two were 4th cla.s.s level warriors. the difference between a 3rd cla.s.s warriors and a 4th cla.s.s warriors were like heaven and earth.

1st cla.s.s warriors through 3rd cla.s.s warriors are only able to channel their battle qi within their body making it stronger and faster, also slow down the effect of aging a little.

On the other hands, 4th cla.s.s warriors through 6th cla.s.s warriors were able to do both channels their qi inside as well as build up a shroud of battle qi aura around their body. it was like a small protection membrane that protects their body from both physical and elemental attack. its strength depends on their amount of battle qi.

They turned as he wished and became two lightning dragons. they roared as though they were real dragons coming to life and shot through the air directly onward in an unstoppable, imposing manner as if they will destroy any G.o.ds or devils who attempt to block them. Obviously, its power was fairly great.

Amidst the darkness of the night, these two lightning dragons were simply dazzling.

Bang~~~~

the two lightning dragons smashed against the a.s.sa.s.sins.

Everything happened too fast like a flint. Even the leader of the a.s.sa.s.sins couldn't react to what happened.

he only saw his two subordinates attack Shad and then he was enveloped by a bright light and a strong ripple of energy that shook him a few meters back.

when he raised his head and looked, the light had already dissipated. but, the scene in front of them stunned him. he discovered with shock that the two a.s.sa.s.sins he just sent to finish the target in one hit were laying on the ground.

their black robes were completely burnt up as smoke was coming out of them and their body burnt black. they already breathed no more and their bodies were emitting the smell of char. they died an extremely horrifying way.

This.....

the remaining masked men including the leader cried out in fear, an expression of extreme horror fashed within their eyes. they all lost thought of killing Shad, hastily retracted their swords and retreated backward in an awkward manner.

their expressions after seeing the two lightning dragons as well the two burnt corpses of their comrades were akin to seeing a monster when they look at shad.

This was a strength that they simply could not defy!

Indeed, facing the fourth prince who just ascended to the senior mage ranks with their combined strength was like an adult fighting a child. However, what they saw tonight wasn't a new 4th cla.s.s mage or a warrior, but a monster.
