The man in the front started to look at Jiang Chen as if he was a new species that looked like a human being.

"I want him dead! He dared to kick my son unconscious!"

"Stand down. I command you as the head of the house to stop!"

The man turned around and held up his arm in front of the charging man. Although Jiang Chen's and Tai Yang's body features and looks were the same, their aura was way different. Tai Yang was always the timid kind while Jiang Chen has the dominate kind that a king would have looking at his subjects.

"You want to choose your adopted son over an elder and a genius of the family!"

"My decision is not something for you to make."

Jiang Chen looked back and forth at the argument and thought.

"At least the original owner of this body had a kind father."

The man started to laugh really loudly as his head looked at the sky.

"Tai Yan! I knew you grew soft when news that you adopted this kid! This was why I and my son joined a different force that is way stronger than the Tai Family!"

"Tai Lang, you dare betray the Tai Family!"

The rest of the elders got on Tai Lan's side and got ready for battle. Fumes started to rise from Tai Lang and a pair of horns grew from his head.

"He's turning into a demon! He dared to take part in unorthodox practices!"

The elders gasped and grew tense from head to toe. A demon can be stronger even if their opponent is at the same cultivation level.

"Hahaha! You are all fools for not joining me when I asked you to!"

Smoke warped around the rest of the elders and Tai Yan. Suddenly, they all disappeared with a bang.

"What just happened?"

Jiang Chen was shocked by the sudden event that happened in a flash. He looked around and paled as if the soul was sucked out from his body.

"Did Shu Ding get sucked in as well? Now I can't feel fine about this!"

Jiang Chen started to panic and scream loudly.

The map suddenly had pinpoints on it showing where Shu Ding was at. It was in the forest that seemed oddly dark. Jiang Chen ran at full speed toward the mark on the map.

"Thank you for your magnificent grace bestowed on me."

Tai Lang bowed in front of a man sitting in a middle of a dark corridor. Both of them had devilish features and an evil aura. The elders and the head were trapped in rope seems to be made from shadow and darkness.

"What do we have here? A young virgin is also in the gift."

The man waved his hand and Shu Ding separated from the rest of the people. She traveled in front of the man. She seemed to be depressed and have tears across her eyes.

"You can wait in my room as I finish off the rest of your friends."

She was sent off after another wave of his hands.

Jiang Chen finally arrived at a dark castle with 2 adjacent towers on each side.

"This reminds me of a certain game on Earth. How I want my old life back...."

Each tower had a dark crystal with 4 wizards on top and they were standing there shooting at random wildlife. Jiang Chen suddenly had a brilliant plan and he asked.

"System, is it possible to recreate what I am thinking right now?"

Jiang Chen darted off and ran into the forest looking for monsters.
