Pudding said, “Good idea.”

Little Bean answered, “Come at me, I’m not scared of you.”

Pudding answered, “Qin Mumu, listen here, it’s best of one. If you lose, don’t say that it’s best of three or other stupid stuff like that.”

Little Bean replied, “Don’t worry, I’m true to my word.”

Pudding said, “The problem is that you are never true to your word. How can I trust you?”

“Rock, paper, scissors,” the sisters said simultaneously.

Pudding had paper and Little Bean had rock.

You lost, Mommy. Nantian Springs, thank you.” After speaking, Pudding sat back to play her game.

“Okay, okay. Everyone except me is a genius. I can’t fight, I admit defeat.”

Little Bean hugged her chest and looked out the window.

“You want to see Uncle Su so badly?” Huo Mian felt bad for her younger daughter.

“Of course, I am not heartless like her. She’s getting close to Wei Yunchu, so she’s lost all her feelings for Handsome Su,” Little Bean provoked.

“Don’t give me that, I don’t go to Imperial Star because I don’t want to interrupt Handsome Su’s work. I miss him as much as you do.”

They argued and argued, driving Huo Mian crazy. Finally, she obeyed her older daughter’s wishes and drove to Nantian Springs.

Nantian Springs was founded by the Wei Family. Jiang Xiaowei and Wei Yunchu liked to come very often.

“That’s what the media does. You’re in the entertainment circle, you should know how much they love blowing stuff up to grab headlines and views. Half of it is true and the other half is false,” Huo Mian said.

“I haven’t seen you for a while, let’s have a drink,” Jiang Ye extended an invitation.

“I don’t drink,” Huo Mian refused.

“It’s not wine, my Doctor Huo. I’m talking about tea, and I have some inquiries.”

Huo Mian hesitated for a bit before nodding. “Okay.”

Nearby, somebody was taking pictures with a camera. Huo Mian had noticed them long ago, otherwise, she wouldn’t have agreed to have tea with Jiang Ye.

She thought, “Fine, Huo Siqian, I’ll give you what you want to see.”
