The young men and women in the arena didn't know what to do. They are supposed to fight till death.

A booing concert appeared in the stadium, but the young man didn't care.

Few others thought about leaving the arena as well, most of them haven't had deathmatch before, and they could barely stand straight. They felt like their hearts were about to explode out of nervousness.

One young man with bright red hair grinned he saw an innocent young woman standing not far from him, not concentrating on the battle at all. She had a pale face with tears about to leave her eyes.

The red-haired young man stabbed his sword forwards!

''AH!'' The young woman cried out as the sword pierced through her heart.

The red-haired young man whispered, ''I like your screams!''

The young woman fell down on the ground without any sign of life.

The spectator cheered after the first kill!

''Hahaha! Thank you, thank you!'' The red-haired young man bowed towards the audience, which caused another round of cheering.

A hundred meters away from that scene.

An average-looking young man with ordinary brown hair and a slim figure saw the scene. His name is Roy, and he is one of the fighters of Group A.

Roy saw as more and more young men and women started killing each other.

There wasn't anyone near Roy, since they entered the arena, he tried to find a place without any people near.

He held a sword and shield in his hands, but he had never used these before. He is a genius of hand-to-hand combat, but he has absolutely no experience with weapons.

The arena's floor has already been stained with blood. Roy saw as the red-haired young man was slaughtering everyone he was clearly the strongest one!

There were people trying to gang up on him, but only death awaited them.

''What am I doing here...'' Roy started retreating until his leg touched the edge of the arena. He felt tempted to jump off and start running away.

''I want to go home...'' He bit his lip with strength, but hundreds of different scenarios went through his mind. If he jumps off, his employer might not be satisfied and will sell his family to slavery.

His hands shook, his sword and shield felt heavier than before.

This red-haired young man's name is Daniel.

His face had a sickening grin while he was slaughtering everyone. He ignored their pleas for mercy and used his sword as his instrument of death.
