33 Chloe As Girlfriend!

-Host has unlocked a Immediate Quest: Do well on the test. Get a 90% on the test and the Host will get a huge reward. 70-80% will be a small reward and 60% or less will result in a penalty.

90% reward: 25,000 Hacker Point, LVL 2 Hacker, 10 Intelligence Pills

70-80% reward: 10,000 Hacker Point, 5 Intelligence Pills

Penalty:35,000 Hacker Points

'Wait, why is the penalty so much more than the reward?!' Chris asked in surprise.

-Host is able to get one of the two rewards. The penalty is just the addition of the 2 rewards.-

'G.o.d d.a.m.n it! I have to get a 90% on the test. It's the first one that gives me a level up,' Chris thought as he went back to concentrating on the test. However, he soon had an idea.

'System, will I get a punishment if I take a couple of Intelligence Pills?'

The System was quiet for a couple of seconds.

-Host will be able to take a limit of 2 Intelligence Pills. That will make the quest still a bit difficult.-

'Nice, System let me buy 2 Intelligence Pills. Also can you make it so that the pills appear in my mouth instead of my hands,'

-Putting the pills in the mouth and 2 Intelligence pills will cost 1600 Hacker Points. Will Host purchase these 2 pills and action?-

'Holy s.h.i.+t, it's a 1000 points to put 2 pills in my mouth. That's quite expensive for such a simple action. Yes, I'll purchase it,'

-Thank you for your purchase. Host now has 172,418 Hacker Points.-

Immediately, 2 round objects appeared in Chris' mouth and started to dissolve. The cool wave that Chris felt before came once again.

'G.o.d this is like a hard drug... I would take this every single day,' Chris thought as he felt like all these questions became much easier to do. He started to work through the first section: English. From grammar to reading comprehension, it had everything Chris could ever think of.

'This is like taking the SAT and the AP Language test! Goodness, at one moment, I'm being asked to correct a sentence and the next question is about the tone of the entire pa.s.sage! How annoying!'

While Chris did the English questions at a relatively fast speed, he barely finished all 50 questions when an alarm rang from Sarah's phone.

"Time!"

"What?! You were timing the test?! You didn't tell the cla.s.s anything!"

"I didn't inform the cla.s.s about the amount of time given so that the cla.s.s wouldn't be worried about finis.h.i.+ng every single question. I'd like quality rather than quant.i.ty. I don't want them to give a question not enough time. They would 99% get the question wrong anyways so it's better to do it this way. This would also let me determine how fast they are in these tests,"

...

Chris could not say anything and rested for a little.

"So, Chris, if you got a 180 or higher on this test, what would you ask for?" Sarah asked with a smile.

"Some cash. I know that the FBI has s.h.i.+tload of cash so asking for around 50K would be nice," Chris said nonchalantly.

Sarah didn't answer back, but her eyebrows s.h.i.+fted for a second before returning to normal.

"Alright, break time is over. Open to the next section and start!"

Chris opened the test booklet to the next section and it was his least favorite subject: history.

'Well I was s.h.i.+t at history, but the Intelligence Pill isn't there for nothing,' Chris thought as he swiftly moved from question to question. As history was mainly memorization, aside from the questions that asked for minor details in history, Chris easily answered all the other questions. After around 45 minutes, an alarm rang once again.

"Alright time!" Sarah said. "It looks like history was quite easy for you judging by your expression,"

"Well yes, aside from those stupid questions where you ask for something along the lines of Hitler's birthday, everything else was relatively easy," Chris said.

"Well, that's great to hear. Well if you like the history section, you'll most likely love the math section. It's all memorization of formulas!"

Chris simply did not react since he knew that judging from her tone, the math section would be the hardest.

After about 10 minutes, Sarah ended the short break.

"Oh yes, for this and the next section, you'll need a calculator. All students including you will be using this calculator for the test so it'll be fair,"

Chris received a TI-89 graphing calculator.

'Alright this is usable,' Chris thought as he opened his booklet. The next portion was science. As soon as Chris saw the test questions, he started to frown.

"Oh s.h.i.+t..." He softly said.

The questions were filled with AP chemistry, AP physics, and AP Biology material and While biology and chemistry was simple as it was full of memorization, Chris realized that the physics questions would still take time even with the intelligence pills.

'Am I going to be able to finish this test...' Chris thought as he slowly answered each question. 'While the multiple choice makes things a lot simpler, these couple of short answer questions are taking forever!'

Like the english section, Chris barely finished the science section when the alarm rang.

"Well, looks like you had an easy time based on your expression!" Sarah said as she smiled smugly.

"Yeah I totally did," Chris said as he gritted his teeth.

"Well you're 3/4 done with the test. Just one more section to go," Sarah said with a bright smile.

After another 10 minutes pa.s.sed, Sarah ended the last break.

"Well, as you probably know, this is the math section. Let me tell you that you'll definitely have fun in this one! Start the test,"

Chris flipped to the final section and he was shocked by what he saw.

'Wait, this doesn't make any sense. This is all Algebra 1-Precalculus material!'

Seeing Chris' joyous face, Sarah simply smiled and went back to fiddling with her phone. Chris in a matter of minutes finished the first page and quickly went onto the second page when his eyes widened from shock once again.

'Single Variable Calculus, multivariable calculus, and even some vector calculus? I don't even know the methods some of these questions! I might lose 20 questions from this section alone!' Chris thought.

'Finding the derivative... got it. Chain rule... this is way too long! Got it! Integrals... so much trigonometry! I hate trig!' As Chris was nearing his last 5 questions, the alarm rang.

"Well that's it. Well Mr. Kim, I see that you're sweating. I guess, this section wasn't as easy as you hoped it'd be," Sarah said with a bright smile once again. She looked at Chris' paper and chuckled. "Well it seems that you haven't completed the test. It's alright. I'd rather see quality than quant.i.ty anyways!"

'I swear to G.o.d, I will f.u.c.king kill this b.i.t.c.h later!' Chris thought as he formed a fist.

"Well, the test is over. Congratulations. Go back to cla.s.s. I will come back with the results later," Sarah said as she left the cla.s.sroom.
