"Can you open the door?" Wu Chen was disappointed at the turn of event. He was too confident in himself previously and now his self-confidence plummeted after Yi Fei slammed the door to his face.

"I read on the internet that meeting a doppelganger is the harbinger of a bad luck. It's a bad omen. I'm not married yet. I don't want to die" Yi Fei was still with her doppelganger issue.

"Fei Fei, I'm outside your house. I'm real" Wu Chen did not know what did she meant by a doppelganger. For the first time since knowing Yi Fei, he realized that he did not know a lot of things about Yi Fei. He made a mental reminder to check about Zhang Yixing, Zoro something guy and this doppelganger issue.

"Really? Then I'm going to check but don't hang up. If I shouted or if something bad happened to me, you will know straightaway and can call for help" Yi Fei walked towards the door of her apartment while talking to Wu Chen. She kept on saying 'don't hang up' to Wu Chen.

Yi Fei stood in front of the door, took a big breathe and opened the door. When she opened the door, Wu Chen was leaning to the door frame with a seductive smile on his face.

"Hi…" Wu Chen smiled and before he could speak another word, the door was slammed right to his face.

"Oh my G.o.d! The doppelganger was leaning in a 'kabedon' pose, my heart couldn't take it anymore" Yi Fei spoke to her phone and then suddenly, Wu Chen hung up on her."Chen Chen? h.e.l.lo? h.e.l.lo? Chen Chen? Oh my G.o.d!"

This was the second time Yi Fei slammed the door on his face. Wu Chen felt that his pride was extremely hurt by this. He added another word on the list of things he wanted Liu s.h.i.+ to find out about: Zhang Yixing, Roronoa Zoro, doppelganger and kabedon.

"Fei Fei, I'm hungry. Can we go out to eat now? I didn't get to eat my lunch this afternoon. Are you going to let me starve in front of your house?" Wu Chen was about to get tired from standing outside the house.

The door opened slowly and Yi Fei peeked from the slit. "Are you Chen Chen? Are you for real?" Only half of her face could be seen.

"You can poke me if you want confirmation" Wu Chen did not expect that it was so hard to deal with Yi Fei.

Yi Fei let out her hand and reached towards Wu Chen's upper limb. She then patted and poked his upper limb a few times just to make sure that he was the real Wu Chen. After poking his upper limb, Yi Fei opened the door before smiling excitedly at Wu Chen.

"Hey! It's you! Why didn't you tell me that you are coming to City L? I'm so shocked just now, I thought you are some kind of evil spirit" Yi Fei opened the door widely before inviting him to come into the house.

Wu Chen could never guess what was inside Yi Fei's head but he was sure that it must be totally different from what was inside his mind. He did not say anything and just entered the house. He sat on the sofa before looking at his surroundings. The interior of the house was exactly how he imagined before.

Yi Fei stood quietly near him with a suspicious look before saying "I think NaNa is napping inside her room. Let me wake her up then we can go to have dinner together" Yi Fei wanted to make a move but Wu Chen grabbed her left hand before putting her hand on his cheek.

"Stop being suspicious at me. I am the real Wu Chen" Nothing went according to his plan and he was disappointed because Yi Fei was eyeing him suspiciously.

Yi Fei got distracted when Wu Chen pulled her left hand to his cheek."Wow, Chen Chen. Your skin is very nice. What skincare product did you use?" Her right hand touching the other side of Wu Chen's cheek. Then, she patted and pinched his cheek.

Wu Chen held both of her hands with his hands – his hands on top of her hands. Wu Chen liked what they were doing at the moment.

"Fei Fei, I'm hungry. Let's go out and eat. No need to wait for NaNa. We could buy her something after eating" Wu Chen looked at Yi Fei while still holding her hands.

Yi Fei jolted out from whatever they were doing; her face flushed red because of embarra.s.sment. She calmed herself down and nodded her head. She felt guilty about leaving NaNa alone in the apartment but she really wanted to go out with Wu Chen. Since he said it was alright for them to leave NaNa alone, Yi Fei's guilt lessened.

Yi Fei went to her room to change into something appropriate. Yi Fei wanted to wear a jogger pant and baggy s.h.i.+rt but since she will be going out with Wu Chen, she opted for black jeans and a white s.h.i.+rt with a unicorn doing dab printed on it.

In the living room, Wu Chen typed a reply to NaNa's previous message quickly with a smirk on his face.

Luke5Chen: I'm going out to eat dinner with Yi Fei. What do you want? Stay at home, be good.

The meaning of his message was that – he wanted NaNa to stay at home and did not disrupt his dinner date with Yi Fei. To compensate her, Wu Chen would buy her dinner and anything she wanted.

True to what Yi Fei had told him, NaNa might be napping in her room because she did not reply to Wu Chen's message. Wu Chen smiled triumphantly. This was his chance to have dinner alone with Yi Fei.

After almost 20 minutes of waiting, Yi Fei emerged from her room with black jeans, white s.h.i.+rt and minimal makeup on her face. She looked lovely. She smiled nervously – afraid that Wu Chen will think of her as trying too hard.

Wu Chen could not take his eyes off her. He felt that she got prettier than the last he saw her.

"You get more beautiful since the last time I saw you. I'm glad I could see you again" This time, Wu Chen had a sincere smile on his face.
