When they saw that the man was not Wu Chen, they felt very embarra.s.sed especially the culprit who honked and called out name loudly. Yi Fei bowed down from her driver's seat and mouthed an apology to the man.

Yi Fei was embarra.s.sed but more than that, she felt very disappointed because she really thought that Wu Chen came to City L. Contrarily, NaNa was suspicious of the man in the black car. She thought that the man seemed familiar. She was pretty sure that the black Lexus was her brother's car. She tried to peek inside the car but the windows tinted were too dark for her to see.

Yi Fei and NaNa parked somewhere else before they went into their house. After they reached their house, NaNa looked at the car from the window of their house with a suspicious look. She opened her QQ and started typing.

Princess NaNa Misaki: Brother, where are you?

NaNa waited for few minutes but Wu Chen did not reply to her message. NaNa had a strong feeling that Wu Chen was in City L.

When Wu Chen received the message from NaNa, he let out a loud grunt. His cousin's intuition was too strong. It would be hard for him to keep things from her. Actually, he had been waiting in the parking lot for half an hour before Yi Fei and NaNa came to the parking lot.

Upon seeing Yi Fei, Wu Chen really wanted to touch Yi Fei's face but he knew that it would startle her – worse comes to worst, she will be alarmed and become afraid of him. He did not want it to be that way. He planned to approach her with the softest way so she won't run away from him.

"Boss, should we go back now that you already saw Miss Yi Fei and Miss NaNa? Or do you want to go upstairs?" Liu s.h.i.+ did not know why his boss asked him to wear a big dark sungla.s.s earlier on. He was confused why his boss did not show himself when Yi Fei called for his name.

Seeing how happy his boss was when Yi Fei called his name and the way she looked so disappointed when she saw that it was not Wu Chen who was driving the car, Liu s.h.i.+ seemed to understand things. He did not know what his boss had planned for Yi Fei but seeing that his boss was smiling deviously while typing in his phone made Liu s.h.i.+ pitied Yi Fei.

At the moment, his boss looked like a wolf that was ready to pounce on an innocent lamb. The scariest thing about his boss was – he always gets what he wants.

"You can get off now. I have things to do" Wu Chen did not realize that his secretary had been judging him hard from the front seat. Liu s.h.i.+ nodded before he called a taxi. A few minutes later, the taxi came and Liu s.h.i.+ bid his farewell to his boss, wis.h.i.+ng him good luck in whatever he had planned to do.

Wu Chen smiled cunningly while he composed his message and sent it to his prey.

Luke5Chen: What are you doing?

Yi Fei had just finished showering when she saw her phone was flas.h.i.+ng. In an instant, Wu Chen got a reply.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Just finish cleaning up. You?

Luke5Chen: Just sitting around. I'm hungry.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Did you go and eat the spicy poached fish with your friend yet?

Luke5Chen: Not yet. My friend is busy.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: If you are here, we can go eat together. It's too bad you are not around.

Wu Chen smiled devilishly after he read the reply from Yi Fei. This is the reaction that he had been waiting for.

Luke5Chen: If I'm around, would you go out and eat with me? For real?

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Of course :)

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Chen Chen, just now I saw a car like yours ar… I honked and call your name. It turned out to be someone else. It was very embarra.s.sing T_T

Luke5Chen: Why is it like that? Do you miss me so much?

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: I have not seen you for almost two weeks and NaNa also said that the car was yours. I got excited.

A loud laugh could be heard from inside the black Lexus. "How cute," Wu Chen thought that it was very adorable of Yi Fei to evade his question. It made him wanted to tease her more so he called her. Yi Fei picked up her call straight away.

"h.e.l.lo, Chen Chen. Why are you suddenly calling me?" Yi Fei lied down on her bed.

"I miss your voice" Wu Chen went for the direct attack. The person on the other line was quiet for sometimes.

"Do you miss me too?"Wu Chen continued his direct attack. He could hear gasping sound from the other end.

"Miss" Yi Fei spoke in a small voice as if she did not want Wu Chen to hear her reply.

"Miss what? I cannot hear you?" Wu Chen was so happy over the reply. He wanted to hear it clearly.

"I… Miss" Yi Fei could not say the full sentences.

"Who do you miss?" Wu Chen was very adamant about getting Yi Fei to say the full sentence.

"You. I miss you too" Seeing that Wu Chen won't let her off easily, Yi Fei decided to come clean and leave the rest to fate. She stood up and went to her makeup table.

"So, do you want to go out and eat with me?" Wu Chen went out of his car and walked up to Yi Fei's apartment.

"How to eat ar? You are in City K, I am in City L" Yi Fei put the toners onto a cotton pad. Then, she pressed the cotton pad onto to her face and patted it.

"Want to see a magic?" Wu Chen reached the front door and stood in front of Yi Fei's apartment.

"What magic trick?" Yi Fei went back to her bed and lied on her stomach.

"Well, if I show you, you need to accompany me eating" Wu Chen laid his bait.

"Okay, no problem," Yi Fei thought that Wu Chen was just kidding. By the word 'accompany', Yi Fei thought that Wu Chen meant for her to chat with him while he was eating his dinner.

"Then go to your front door, stand in front of it for 30 seconds and yell the name of the person that you want to see the most for 3 times. After that, you can open the door. When you open the door, you will see that person" Wu Chen fixed his attire so that he will appear cool in front of Yi Fei. He thought that the person Yi Fei wanted to see the most at the moment was him. Little did he know how wrong he was.

"Okay, I will go now. Don't hang up the phone" Yi Fei did not think much about it since this was a magic trick, she was curious to see what would appeared when she opened the door.

Yi Fei walked towards the front door, looked at her watch as she stood and after 30 seconds had pa.s.sed, she shouted –

"Zhang Yixing"

She opened the door to reveal a very helpless and disappointed Wu Chen.

"Arghhhh…." Yi Fei screamed, slammed the door and ran to her room.
