Steve shook his head and said, "You forgot the conservation of energy. The Blood of Red Monkeys is supposed to make a tired body activate a powerful force. So, where does this exuberant power come from?"

As Steve mentioned this, many of the pharmacists had a sudden realization. The master pharmacists had realized what they had overlooked!

"Mr. Steve is right. He removed the side effects of hyperactivity, but where did the power of the Blood of Red Monkeys come from?" Master Gino asked calmly.

Yeah! Where did it come from?

More than a dozen master pharmacists all looked at Steve, while wondering this exact question.

"In the past, I used the Blood of Red Monkeys to do experiments. In these experiments, those magical beasts that took the Blood of Red Monkeys died from over-excitement and exhaustion," Master Sidney said.

"No. They didn't die of exhaustion. My guess is that is was more an overdraft of life," Steve shook his head and said. "The mysterious power is actually our own vitality."

Master Sidney looked grave as he asked, "What evidence do you have to prove this?"

The master pharmacists all had mixed feelings upon hearing Steve's words. Some of them were really considering it, but others were suspicious.

After all, vitality was something that no one could sense or see. Its most direct manifestation was a person's health and longevity.

Who could possibly know how long they could live?

Although some people believed Steve, there was no strong evidence to back up his claims.

"You're just talking nonsense!" Oscar's facial expression changed dramatically, as he panicked and rushed to refute Steve. "What is the overdraft of vitality? That's so vague. Who can prove it?"

"It's easy to prove that. Just feed an exhausted old magical beast this serum, and it will prove my point," Steve said.

"That's easy!" Christina clapped her hands, then told her employees to go and get everything ready.

All of the pharmacists present were interested now, while the master pharmacists were still thinking about the feasibility of Steve's words. Less than ten minutes later, the employees of the Masa Group sent a Ghost Fox over.

"This is an Original-level Ghost Fox that has a basic cell value of 350 points at its peak. Systematic tests show that its cells are aging, leaving it with, at most, three more years of life," a staff member reported.

Currently, the Ghost Fox was trapped in a quite small experimental gla.s.s cabin. As such, it could easily be observed with the naked eye. In preparation for the experiment, the Ghost Fox's force had been exhausted ahead of time.

"Let it drink the serum," Steve said.

The staff member took the serum, then went into the experimental cabin and fed it to the Ghost Fox. After a while, the exhausted Ghost Fox became excited, its eyes turning fierce and red. Its breath also seemed to have gotten stronger.

Howl!

The old Ghost Fox raised its head and howled, then suddenly pounced towards the staff member. Luckily, the staff member was ready for it, and his strength was much stronger than the Ghost Fox's, so he could easily subdue it.

The two of them fought for more than two minutes before the Ghost Fox's strength was exhausted again. Nevertheless, it did not die of exhaustion due to excessive excitement. Instead, it still stood strong and breathed heavily.

"Hahaha, see? It's not an overdraft on vitality, as it's still doing okay!" Oscar laughed excitedly.

Buzzz!

But, just as he finished speaking, the detection instrument that the staff member was using to test the results of the experiment suddenly sounded a sharp alarm. As the staff member checked it, he could see that the data on the cell activity of the Ghost Fox was declining rapidly!

Then, the Ghost Fox's fur started to fall off, and its life quickly came to an end. As it fell to the ground, its breath quickly weakened until it disappeared.

Seeing this scene, everyone was shocked! Oscar was also stunned, as his face grew pale and his eyes were filled with fear.
