Watching how the tall stranger that had suddenly appeared beside him slowly became more and more anxious watching the fight taking place below, Chu Yang could not help growing a bit curious about how the tall stranger was related to the loosing Mapai Sect.

As seconds slowly grew into minutes and the Mapai Sect began losing more and more people, Chu Yang grew certain that the tall stranger was related to the Mapai Sect. Now the question just became Why did he not help out the Mapai Sect?

After all, the tall stranger was someone at the Core Formation Realm. His presence on the battlefield below would be more than enough to sway the battle in the direction of the Mapai Sect

Looks like he is just going to stand there

Realizing that the tall stranger was not going to continue his earlier explanation of the Simen Sect or join in on the battle, Chu Yang decided to leave.

In the first place, the battle taking place between the two sects did not really matter to him in the first place. Battles between sects often occurred, Chu Yang still remembered just how many such battle he had chanced upon during his escape from the Black Rose Sect.

Back then, he had become quite good at using such chaotic battles to distract the people who had been chasing him

Thinking about this as he made his way down the hill, Chu Yang glanced one last time towards the tall stranger. Still completely focused on the battle taking place just below him.

Looking a bit closer, Chu Yang realized that the man's expression was filled with agony as he watched the slaughter below take place. The Mapai Sect would most likely not survive this battle. The Simen Sect would end up as the ultimate winner.

In the end, all of this had nothing to do with him

Shaking his head as he thought about all of this, Chu Yang moved his gaze away from the battle and the tall stranger. Avoiding the battlefield before resuming his journey towards the Shattered Star Peaks once again.

Walking for a little over an hour, Chu Yang could not help frowning as he suddenly sensed a battle up ahead. Even though the battle should only be between two groups of Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators, it was still enough to make Chu Yang feel uncomfortable.

The reason why he felt uncomfortable, was not because of the battle up ahead, but because he had already encountered more than a dozen such small battle over the past hour!

From what he remembered; the Flying Sword Sect's territory should not have so many fights taking place inside of it!

A single battle between two sects was something rather normal but encountering so many battles and all of them between either a group of Foundation Establishment cultivators or battles between two Core Formation Realm Experts, was not something normal!

Even Chu Yang, who had not managed to spend much time outside the Flying Sword Sect or the Black Rose Sect when he was still part of it. Understood that there should not be so many battles all over the place. Especially considering the fact that he should be getting closer to the Shattered Star Peaks, a place that had become one of the most important areas for the Flying Sword Sect over the past month!

"Did I perhaps take a wrong turn again?"

Muttering this to himself as he realized he might have ended up in a place outside the Flying Sword Sect's territory, Chu Yang could not help frowning as he remembered that his master had only allowed him to venture inside the territory of the Flying Sword Sect or the Spring Flower Sect!

If his master found out that he had left the territory of the Flying Sword Sect Well He did not really have any idea what would happen if his master found out

Perhaps he would bar him from leaving the sect before he had reached the Nascent Soul Realm?

Shaking his head as he thought about this, Chu Yang decided that it would be for the best to quickly find out where he actually was.

For now, asking the group of Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators fighting only a short distance away from his current location seemed like a rather good idea for now.

Not standing around, Chu Yang took a step forward and soon appeared on the location of the battle between the two groups of Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators.

Currently, the battle seemed to have come to a stop, as two groups of Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators were facing off against each other.

One group had more than a dozen people, while the other only had five people left. All injured to some degree.

"Hah! There is no way we will surrender the ancient relic to scum like you!"

"Hehe, do you really think you have a choice? Look how many people we have compared to you? We already killed off more than half of your elders Why don't you just surrender the relic obediently, we will be more than happy to let you leave afterwards!"

Listening in on the conversation taking place, Chu Yang grew a bit curious about the ancient relic mentioned as he glanced over towards the person who had just spoken up and saw a disc shaped object with exquisite decorations carved all over it in his hands.

Even from a single glance, Chu Yang realized that the disc shaped object was likely the ancient relic that the two groups were talking about. Now the question just became, what was the ancient relic? A finely decorated dinner plate?

Chuckling a bit as he thought about this, Chu Yang was inevitably discovered by the two groups who both stared cautiously towards the newcomer. Not something Chu Yang cared too much about.

After all, the strongest among them had only barely reached the Sixth Stage of the Foundation Establishment Realm Far from enough to pose a threat to the current him!

"Who are you!"

Asking again in an even more aggressive tone after not getting an answer from Chu Yang, the random mob character who had called out to him earlier lifted his large saber up in the air before threateningly waving it towards Chu Yang.

To be honest, the sight was quite entertaining. Especially given the fact that the large saber was far too large compared to his small body size, Chu Yang had to do his best not to laugh at the other party

Before any of the people present had the time to react, Chu Yang used the time when everyone's attention was focused on the man with the saber to rush forward and take away the ancient relic from the injured man who had been about to fight to the death for the ancient relic.

Not something too difficult given the fact that the other party had only reached the Third Stage of the Foundation Establishment Realm

"How did you- No, give it back!"

Showing an extremely confused expression for a short moment after realizing that the ancient relic that had just been in his hand a second ago had disappeared, the man slowly showed a crazed expression before rushing towards Chu Yang in an attempt to take it back.

Chu Yang did not really care much about this, as he casually hit the other party flying into the distance before beginning to inspect the ancient relic in the shape of what could only be described as an overly decorated dinner plate.

Seeing how Chu Yang had casually sent the man flying, the other Foundation Establishment Realm Experts about to jump forward themselves suddenly stopped.

From how easily Chu Yang had dealt with the young man. All of them realized that he was far stronger than them!

Given how little he seemed to care about them, all of them quickly realized that Chu Yang should be someone at the Core Formation Realm!

It was only at this moment that they began more closely inspecting Chu Yang, the person who had suddenly shown up out of nowhere and snatched away the ancient relic.

This single thought appeared in each of their heads at the same time, as they all realized just how young Chu Yang was.

Given his appearance, he should still be someone below 20!

A Core Formation Realm Expert below the age of 20! This thought alone was more than enough for the two groups of Foundation Establishment Realm Experts to shiver. After all, they were all more than thirty and were still stuck at the Foundation Establishment Realm!
