Roaring angrily, the winged lion demon beast didn't attack immediately this time around and instead began more closely observing Xuan Hao, as it clearly understood the fact that he was more dangerous than any of the other demon beasts that it had encountered so far on the Main Peak

Having expected for the winged lion to launch another attack, Xuan Hao was caught slightly off guard when it suddenly stopped to examine him for a short moment.

But this did not last for long as the winged lion demon soon came to a decision and launched yet another attack in the direction of Xuan Hao.

The only difference was the fact that instead of just casual swinging its paw down towards him, the winged lion had begun viewing Xuan Hao as a threat. Going all out from the start

Holding back against Xuan Hao was clearly not something that the winged lion demon beast could afford to do, and it had quickly realized this fact after their first clash!

The winged lion demon beast was not weak, and as it approached Xuan Hao floating a few hundred meters away from it, a terrifying storm followed. The wind danced around it as its speed increased to a new height. The winged lion demon beast had summoned forth the power of its domain, a wind domain!

This was not all, as the winged lion demon beast gathered the power of its wind domain into one of its paws before ruthlessly smashing down towards the location currently about to be hit by the terrifying wind blades that it had martialized through its domain.

The two attacks of the winged lion demon beast both came down upon Xuan Hao in quick succession of one another without planning to give him any time to react.

Faced with the two attacks of the winged lion demon beast, Xuan Hao did not panic in the slightest as he calmly used his sword domain and newly acquired ice domain together as countless ice swords materialized all around him to block the incoming wind blades.

Back at the opening in the forest, Xuan Hao, and the winged lion demon beast both separated before observing their opponent.

After the earlier clash, Xuan Hao had clearly felt that the winged lion demon beast was way stronger than he had first expected. From what he had observed during the earlier clash, the winged lion demon beast's physical body should be close to surpassing the Domain Lord Realm!

This alone made things way more difficult, as it was difficult to truly inflict any lasting damage on the winged lion demon beast

The main reason for this was the fact that its physical body was strong enough to recover almost instantly. Even the Sword Shadow attack from earlier had barely managed to cut off a part of the winged lion demon beast's paw

"I have to find some other way to deal with-"

Before Xuan Hao could come up with plan to deal with the insane defence of the winged lion demon beast, it charged over towards him full of anger.
