Ingredients:

½ kilo tenderloin beef, thinly sliced into ¼ inch thick

¼ cup Worcesters.h.i.+re Sauce

6 tbsp . Maggie Magic Savor Liquid Sauce

freshly ground black pepper

olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

salt

2 medium sized onions, sliced into rings

Things - To - Do:

1 . Marinate the beef in Worcesters.h.i.+re sauce, Maggie Magic Savor Liquid Sauce, and pepper for at least one hour . The longer you marinate it, the better the meat will taste as it will absorb more flavor . Set the marinade aside . Before cooking, let it rest for over an hour at room temperature .

2 . Heat the pan and add the olive oil . Stir fry the onion rings for a few minutes until they become tender . Remove from pan and set aside .

3 . Pan-fry the beef in the same pan, with the marinade, until it turns brown and almost done . You can do this in batches, if you need to . Set it aside .

4 . Add the garlic for several minutes . And you continue to stir-fry the marinated beef and onions .

5 . Let it simmer for another minute or two .

6 . Serve hot with rice .
