Ingredients:
5 Eggs
2 Cans Alpine White Milk Evap
2 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar
How To Do:
1 . Mix the eggs with the whisk in a bowl until it is beaten up and creates some bubbles .
2 . Mix the 2 cans of Alpine Evap Milk in a bowl with the eggs .
3 . Make sure you mix the eggs and the milk very well . You may add brown sugar to taste . And then set aside,
4 . Add 2 tbsp of brown sugar on a small baking pan (lanyera), And put it on the stove . Make sure that the brown sugar is melted into a syrup when it is heated on the medium heated fire .
5 . After caramelizing the brown sugar set it aside . Take the mixed egg and milk and pour it on the baking pan (lanyera) .
6 . Put these mixtures on the steamer for 20 - 30 mins . And then, it would be cooked .
