In a warm and cosy shop which was filled with the smell of fresh bread and coffee. As it welcome the early birds of society.

Two people in that shop were unwell to work. Both of them look as if they've just returned from war. Their eyes were teary and puffy, with dark circles underneath their eyes. They sighed heavy as they work for the day.

Jordon who was busy managing the front before Corey arrive was already exhausted. Despite he does not have to go to his regular work afterwards. He was exhausted from all the stress last night.

Half way through the day, Jose went to the front and witnessed Jordon who was chatting with Corey about what happened last night. When he heard that Scott have almost killed someone after they've left he felt s.h.i.+vered down his spine.

Jose walked up to them and asked, "Is Angelique okay?"

The two of them were surprised when Jose pop out from behind them. Jordon signal Jose to have a sit so he can better explain what happened last night, since it seems like he must have overheard their conversation.

"Don't worry Angelique fine, she did faint of course due to the amount of alcohol she has drunk as well as for all the psychologically stress last night too."

Jose felt relieved she was fine, however he was still curious about one thing. "So where is Angelique now, is she home? Maybe we should visit her during lunch time."

Jordon hesitate before answering him back until Corey interrupted him and said. "No way, Jordon did Scott took Ange home?"

Jose was dumbfound when he heard Angelique is staying at the cold blooded killer house. He was upset but did not react and stayed calm since he still does not know the whole story.

"Yeah, he took her home. We weren't able to stop him anymore after what happened last night. It's better he does what he wants. Anyways, Ange will be fine, seems like the fool is really head over heels towards her again."

Jose was confused in what Jordon mean "head over heels again?" He thought Scott was Angelique lover. He was too curious and asked, "What do you mean again? Isn't Scott Ange lover?"

Corey laughed because Jose was really gullible despite for his age. Jordon pinch his brow as he watch Corey cry out of laughter. Jordon then looked at Jose who was confuse of the situation and pat him on the shoulder.

"Don't believe anything that comes out of Scott mouth, they use to be lovers but the was way back in high school. There relations.h.i.+p back then was even weird, you won't really call it a normal relations.h.i.+p."

Jose was surprised to hear that Scott was actually not Angelique lover, at the same time a big weight from his chest vanished. "What do you mean weird relations.h.i.+p."

Corey patted Jose on the shoulder as he explained everything. "Well, it's all because of Angelique family. Especially her mom, she was not the typical type of mom that supports their own child happiness."

"Back then, Ange was really rebellious but not too extreme. She attracted a lot of guys back then and Scott was one of them. However, Ange never ever love Scott like a man. Yet they were in a relations.h.i.+p."

"Ange dated loads of guys back then too but she was not a s.l.u.tty type of girl who slept around with them which is the reason why we liked her so much. Which is also why Scott was able to stay with her despite everything."

"You see Scott was not like what he is now. Before he was a total nerd and aloof type of person. He was our friend and Ange was the only girl that ever talks to him."

"When they started going out, Ange told Scott from the very beginning that she doesn't love him at all. Since we all knew who Ange actually loved. But Scott did not mind that, he was happy just being with her."

"That's why we call it weird since honestly even though Ange was with Scott, she continued seeing other guys even in front of Scott, he didn't mind at all and was fine as long as she was happy. Since they made one promise to each other."

Jose who was listening attentively and was astonish from all the revelation. He did not expect Angelique to be that type of girl back then since she looks so pure and innocent until now. "So why did they break up when it seems everything was perfect."

Corey hesitated in answering Jose questioned and looked at Jordon for support. "Since the promise was broken by Ange…" Jordon said.

"What? It was Ange who broke the promise?" Jose was so shocked to hear what Jordon said. Since Angelique was not the type of person to ever break a promise.

"We still don't know the whole true, since back then only Ange can really tell what happened but until now Ange has never told us." Corey said

Jose contemplated on the whole story as he went back to work. He did not expect Angelique to have such complicated relations.h.i.+p with Scott. At the same time she was carrying too much burden within her. He knew that she went back to England without telling any of his family and there help. He did not expect things could be this bad.
