"We're almost there." I said to the tiny three inch creature in my hands. "Almost home."

"How will you keep her secret from your mom?" Carolinia asked curiously.

"Hmmmm...." I looked at the fairy in my hands. She looked kinda like a doll. That's it!

"I've got it! She'll just hold perfectly still until we get to my room. It's perfect!!"

"Ummm...." the fairy started.

"Hm? What's wrong, little fairy?" Carolinia asked her.

"You can call me Raindrop, Rain for short."

"Oh ok."

Raindrop continued. "I can only be seen by those who are young or that believe. I can also hide my presence too."

"That certainly makes things easier." I sighed. "Cause I don't think the doll bit would've worked."

"Knowing your mom, probably not." Carolinia giggled.

And just like that, we were outside of my house.
