On the day of her discharge from the hospital the whole corridor was full packed with people, starting from her parents to her colleagues everyone was there but Kian was the only one who was not there. Sid went to finish the discharge formalities, Sourav and her second bro was busy talking with the doctors. Her parents and grandparents were talking among themselves, everything was just so lively. Tara's colleagues were very happy atlast their T is coming back to the office ( T is her code name in the office). Her friends were also happy, it was looking like spring have arrived again in there lives she was a source of happiness to all...she was there Tara ,the north star that s.h.i.+nes brightly in the dark night giving hope to all.

After the discharge procedure ended Tara was brought back to her parents house as her mother was not ready to leave her alone in her condo buy Tara agreed to this for just two days because after that she will be leaving the country for Satarupa's bachelor trip to Gangtok. Her mother and grandparents were totally against it but her father allowed her to go because he promised himself that from today onwards he will only think of his daughter's well being moreover he have a different plan in his head that can be only implemented if she goes away from her grandfather's eyes.

Tara was sleeping in her room, today was a very tiring day for her after getting discharged her family literally tortured her with extra care, she was used to living alone and was accustomed to the loneliness but here in her parents house that was not possible everyone was checking on her every now and then and that was freaking her out.

She then locked her room from inside and opened her phone after playing with it for some time she decided to call him...her savior. He picked up the phone after the first ring only.

On the other side of the city , Kian was in a meeting Tara's father have informed him about her well being so he was a bit relieved . In the past few days he became very close to Tara's father, He was a very good human being and he loved Tara more than anything in the world. But suddenly his phone started ringing, the name Suns.h.i.+ne flashed on his screen. He immediately picked up her call, the whole meeting room was again shocked this was the first time he picked up any call during meeting but the most shocking part was he was smiling...that never happened earlier although he was not a typical cold CEO but he never smiled this much cheekily looking at the phone this was something new but this was good... very good.

"h.e.l.lo! Kian are you free...can we talk for sometime... I am very bored here" Tara said in a sweet voice.

"Hmm... I am totally free...but tell me first how are you feeling?" Kian was accustomed to her sweet side which she only showed to him and he was glad for it.

"I am fine...you know what today there were so many people who came to give me presents on my discharge...they were treating me like a small kid...haha... isn't that funny...there were so many things they gave me..." Tara continued to talk for the next half an hour after some fell asleep on the phone only. Kian was listening to her childish talk and was smiling she was really too adorable. After he heard her even breathing he understood that she had fallen asleep so he disconnected the call and looked at his employees with that same smile on his face.

"Everyone present here today is a happy occasion so I will treat you all to dinner...go and prepare for the dinner in the evening.... meeting adjourned" Kian left the room with that unique smile. Everyone in the meeting room were happy as they were going to dine at some five star hotel.

In the evening time Kian went to visit Tara. He entered her parents villa and pressed the bell. Tara was aware that he was going to visit her so she was sitting on the sofa only the sound of the bell made her so happy that she ran towards the door. Mr.Ray was happy to see her daughter behave like her age only not like some military general. Tara opened the door with a broad smile on her face and hugged him lightly he also smiled looking at her adorable face. Mr Ray shook his hands and hugged him lightly, he really liked this boy way too much.

"Tara go and check what your mother is doing in the kitchen" Mr.Ray spoke in a gentle voice.

Tara left the place a bit reluctantly.

"Kian I have a favor to ask from you" Mr Ray spoke in a low voice.

"Of course sir anything... I will try my best to fulfil it".

"Marriage..."

"Huh!! What??" Kian heart was beating like a drum he can't believe what he just heard, Did Mr.Ray want to give him his Suns.h.i.+ne without even asking but his happiness was short lived.

"Yes marriage... marriage of Satarupa, Tara's childhood friend is coming so they all were going on a bachelor's trip , I want you to go with her as Aisha and Dhruva were also going so...if you go with her I will be a little relieved" Mr.Ray said with a sense of hope in him.

Although disappointed Kian agreed to this proposal it was also a win win condition for him he can impress his future father-in-law and can spend time with Tara also. Both of them then chatted for a bit before the bell rang again, the servant present there opened the door. A Man in his late fifties wearing a black three piece suit came into view. Tara was so happy to see him there but Kian's face was showing a mixture of confusion and shocked expression.

The man before him was non another than his Father...but what was he doing here?
