Standing at the edge of the rooftop, looking at the beautiful city lights. It may be beautiful but it is not as beautiful as the s.h.i.+ning stars above the skies. She reach her hand out towards the skies, the stars reflects into her beautiful blue ocean eyes "I want to go there. I want to see you mama"

Just one step then it could take her there, she close her eyes and brace herself. As she was about to take that step to paradise, someone's voice calls out to her " Hey !"

She turn around and saw a boy with hands in his pocket. He had dark brown eyes, average body proportion and a laid back air around him. His black and gold rim gla.s.ses gave him a smart look. He sighs heavily "I just found this place, I don't want people jumping off it. It might give me bad karma and to my career. "

She look at him in confusion "Sorry. I will find somewhere else"

" Look. I don't know what are your problems and I don't want meddle into it but life isn't short nor it isn't long instead of running away from your problem, why don't you face it? Running away from problems using bring more to it." even though he sounded like he didn't but his tone did. His advice manage to reach her heart.

She step off the edge and look at the boy "Help me"

The boy look at the girl in front of him. She look around the same age as him maybe younger a year. She had the looks of an angel especially the pair of blue ocean eyes caught his attention. What kind of problems does this girl has ? With her looks, she could get everything she wants.

"What's your name?" he asks.

" Zhou Qin Yang" she replies shortly.

" Luciel w.a.n.g"

Zhou Qin Yang took a step forward towards the boy" Are you going to help me?"

"I can't if you don't tell me what it is." he puts a bubble gum into his mouth. Luciel puts his hand in his pockets and gaze at the girl in front of him. 'She must have run away from home' he thought. She gave him a serious look "Can you hide my ident.i.ty?"

"Your problems must be really big then to request something like that. I could because that's what I do for a living but what is in it for me?"

"I can help you earn more money"

Luciel the statement made him laugh at her on the inside" And how are you suppose to do that?"

"With my ability" she says it with confidence

Luciel looks at her suspiciously. Can she really? Can I trust her? "Tell me what is your problems first. How would I know you are not some CIA or FBI agent"

" I'm not, I can a.s.sure you. My problem isn't something that can be solve just by hiding my ident.i.ty. I just want to stop running my life and not want to be disturb for a moment. " the girl look at the boy with sad eyes and smile.

The middle age man watch as his son stomp through the front door. It's his first time seeing his son like that. "Lee Jun Ting ! What's wrong with you? Don't you know how to greet me when you come home?"

Jun Ting stop his tracks and look at his father" I'm home, father." The man nods and invite the boy to sit down" What is wrong? Did something went wrong at the office?" Jun Ting started working at his father company a few days after his high school graduation. He wanted his son to start as soon as possible and gain experience.

"Father, can someone disappear ? Completely vanish suddenly?" this is the first time Lee Jun Ting look so helpless in front of his father. Normally he could solve any problem at any situation calmly.

"No. Not in my life yet. Death..yes maybe. Why do you ask?" the father got curious what made his son look so desperate. Lee Jun Ting look away from his father "I'm looking for someone. I even ask professionals but I can't seem to find that person. Her existence vanish. "

"That's not possible. Are you sure this person exists in the first place?" the father's ears perks up at this interesting conversation. Lee Jun Ting sighs " Yes. This person is a friend of mine and she suddenly disappear one day. Look if you can't help me, I'm going upstairs."

Lee Jun Ting stood up and left. Before Jun Ting's figure disappear from his father sight, his father said" Jun Ting. Richard Bach once said and I quote don't be dismayed by good-byes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends."

Lee Jun Ting stop his tracks and thought about what his father said. If fate allows, we will meet again. When that happens, I will not let you go again.
