Dwayne sighed as he thought a bit and spoke, "If we really want to focus on something then I suggest that we focus on food. Of course not natural food but one that is engineered in a way that enhances the physical capabilities of Humans, demons, devils, beastman and other species. But if it is developed then I hope it is only circulated within our Military. As for State and Private companies? If it was other countries then I would have no doubt said Private companies but If it is Sky then I am 100% willing to bet on companies that are led by you. That is also one of the reasons why I wanted a stake in Blue Paradise even at 10 times premium since it is a semi-private public enterprise and has enough backing along with a good brand name. As for which company I am most optimistic about? It should be the Sky central bank."

John thought as he looked at Dwayne, 'He believes in State companies? I guess he knows about the trajectory which I am going to make for those companies. How does he know the term Brand name? John nodded as he noted down everything and spoke, "OK, What do you think about Sky's future Politically, economically, culturally and Militarily."

Dwayne was about to speak as he stopped and then spoke after thinking, "Politics is something which is ever-changing and can't be predicted by normal factors. Economically and Technologically, we will be a powerhouse. Culturally, People here in Sky will be united whether it is short-term or long-term. I am very much sure about it. And Militarily, it depends on many factors, so we can only strive to improve as fast as possible so as to avoid dangers."

John thought as he heard Dwayne, 'It seems he doesn't want to change the politics by influencing me. He has some doubts about us Militarily, which means that we would sometimes face dangers. Anyway, it was a good meeting if Sarah's guesses are correct.'

John nodded and spoke, "It was good meeting you and it has been very valuable after hearing your insights. I will make sure to make some policy changes when I return. If you want a stake at Blue Paradise then you can meet Quill and buy it at 5x the current price, The amount of stake would be 6%, you will also be given your voting rights and you or your company can appoint 1 director for giving your opinions.
