Hearing how Bonger suddenly turned active when the projection turned back into this golden sesame seed, I couldn't help but think that he saw something that I couldn't with how limited my knowledge was. Maybe this golden piece was worth a lot? Maybe I could use it to further my own cultivation, or rather, obtain even more attribute points just like that?

If that would be the case, I would be more than down to eradicating all the projections for the small cost of the entropy that I could regenerate in a matter of a few minutes!

"The golden piece? No, f.u.c.k it! This liquid inside the vial! It has the properties of strengthening one's soul, even outside the body!"

Hearing Bonger's reply was all that I had to know to understand the implications of this discovery. For my soul, I couldn't be bothered to look for a way of strengthening it. After all, if my body were to fall, so would the Bonger, making any further life in this world nearly meaningless. 

With everything that we went through together, Bonger had a special place in my heart - or in my head if we went by the direct specifics of its location - making me unable to even imagine any future without him. We were long past the point where I considered him to be only a useful tool, reaching the stage where he was as close as a blood brother to me!

*Do you mean that we could use it to strengthen Eve's soul?*

Even if the effects were to be as little as a single second worth of keeping her in the illusionary state where I could interact with her, it would be worth for me spending all the time necessary to learn just where did this liquid come from!

"Yeah, but not in the way that you just thought about. If I'm not wrong, as long as we get enough of this fluid, we might be able to bring her to a level where she will be able to heal her injury on her own just by relying on the strength of her soul alone!"

As if the meteor struck my mind, I almost lost my balance when I heard the news. f.u.c.k the medicinal herbs, f.u.c.k the pills, swords, armours or books. This was the very thing that I was willing to sacrifice literally everything to find!

*Quick, is there any way to obtain more of it? Can I feed it my energy to make it more potent? How do I remove this strange seed? After all, I don't want some other souls invading Eve while she will be in her fragile state…*

"CALM THE HECK DOWN!"

Only when Bonger shouted right in my head with the force enough to make my vision sway for a moment did I manage to recover my calm. As soon as I got the hold on my own emotions, I pulled the reins as strong as I could, hoping to stop myself from reacting in an appropriate manner to this great discovery. 

It wasn't that I didn't want to be happy or didn't want to be disappointed if this treatment failed to reach the effects I hoped it would, but I just didn't want to make any accidental moves that would end up with even a single vial with the miraculous liquid shattering!

*Okay, I calmed down. What should we…*

Before I could even finish my mental sentence, the effects of feeding this liquid the entropy finally showed the effect. For a moment I could swear to see something screaming and kicking around, only for the surface of the liquid to calm down the next moment. 

"Ugh, and we can't use this bit anymore… Or wait, try feeding it as much pure energy as you did entropy…"

Following Bonger's words without even a shred of doubt, I pulled my energy back from this pulling factor of the vial before it could feed even more on my entropy, only to replace this destructive force of mine with pure energy.

As I watched the vial suck on my magic as some kind of kid attached to its mother's breast, I thought about the significance of this discovery. It went without saying that making this liquid entropic in nature would make it harmful to Eve's soul. Without the changing nature of her entire cultivation so that she could make use of this destructive force of nature like me, rather than allowing her to grow, it would only serve as the acid that would do her even more harm on the spiritual level. 

On the other side, when one compared natural spiritual energy and the pure one that was devoid of entropy, it was as if comparing the tap-water with a highly potent, energy drink mixed with coffee, vodka and some potent drugs!

My thoughts were swiftly reflected on the surface of the liquid as well. While turning pale due to the initial whiff of entropy that I subjected it into, the moment the pure energy started nouris.h.i.+ng this strange drink I could see its colour changing from nearly completely see-through white, to a slightly blueish only for its tone to keep saturating with every breath and bit of pure energy that flowed inside the vial.

In the end, by the time it reached an intensely dark blue colour, the vial finally stopped feeding on my magic, as if it couldn't accept even a single bit of energy more.

While I had the urge to instantly drop everything and go back to my stronghold in order to feed Eve this supreme tonic, I was rational enough to at least ask Bonger about its opinion first. Just like he was the one to discover the insane properties of this liquid while it was in nearly exhausted state when judging by the colour it had back when I first saw it, I wasn't willing to risk feeding Eve something that might potentially do her harm!

"Well… While this vial alone might not be enough… As long as we get at least fifty of them, I'm sure we will be able to rescue Eve once and for all!"
