The entire crowd clapped for the boy, feeling overwhelmed. Jacob smiled looking at everybody, feeling immensely happy. He now knew it from his father's book, how important it was to keep the staff motivated.

As soon as the claps mellowed down, Jacob was about to start speaking again, when there was one particular person still clapping and hooting at an extreme end.

Everybody turned to look at the person and Jacob too raised his neck to look out of curiosity.
