30 minutes later....

Jacob and Isa were engrossed in their respective books, grasping all the precious knowledge.

Jacob suddenly looked up, reading something from the book, excitedly. "Hey Isa, listen to this one - Timing, perseverance and ten years of trying will eventually make you look like an overnight success"

"Wow!! This is so true. We don't know how much somebody has worked hard. We just see them turn into an overnight sucess." Isa clapped her hands slowly, while Jacob wrote down the quote. "Listen to this one- People with goals succeed because they know where they are going...It's as simple as that."

"Wow! This actually sounds so simple. Just focus on your goal and concentrate only on that!" Jacob learnt the quote by-heart, feeling happy and encouraged.

Two hours later.....

While Isa was already done with one book, Jacob had just finis.h.i.+ng reading his first book feeling proud. He again read the highlights and quotations written by him, trying to understand them. He then took Isa's written points and started reading them. Isa explained him each point turn by turn, giving him the basic idea of the first book she had read.

"Ohk! Got it! Which book should I read next?" Jacob looked at the huge pile of books, in confusion.

"Oh! I found this one and kept it aside. You should read this." Isa slowly opened the book cover, placing it before Jacob. She did not say anything further, looking at Jacob's face seriously.

"Ok! What is about...I...." Jacob stopped his scentence mid-way, after he read the first page of the book. Below the name of the book were witten a few words, which made Jacob feel overwhelmed.
