Jacob looked at the prying eyes of all the ladies. "Is everything alright ladies?" 

"Jacob, you need to tell us everything about your health condition!" The doctor frowned looking at the boy.

"But, what is my health condition? Did the reports come out already? Is there a problem with me?" Jacob looked at the doctor in confusion.

"Yes, there is a problem, even though reports are not out yet! Nurse Smitha, told me that how you have urine inconsistency problem and that you are not able to hold it for long. You also need to wear diapers and then refuse to go see a doctor!" Doctor pointed with a pen, towards the boy's manhood.

If the earlier situation was already not embarrasing enough for Jacob, now all the four ladies turned their heads looking at the wet patch below his belt, slightly visible from below the coat.

Jacob hid the patch with his hands again, pouting his lips feeling extremely embarrased. "Please, stop starring!" Jacob requested polietly. "It is making me uncomfortable! Guys have emotions too, you see!" 

Emily chuckled and turned her gaze away, pursing her lips. Other three ladies too, turned away their gazes, not making the boy feel more awkward. 

"Well, I clearly explained nurse Smitha that this is nothing but plain water, which spilled on my pant from the faucet. So I don't understand her logic to come and say such stupid things to you doctor!" Jacob glared at the nurse in anger.

"But....But he shouted at me. So...so...!" Smitha glared back at the boy.

"You were constantly looking at the patch again and again, inspite of me telling you not to do it. You still did it and I felt offended. That is why I had to shout!!" Jacob snapped back angrily.

"Nurse Smitha! Please don't do such a thing again, for revenge. Please leave!!" The doctor snapped at the nurse, trying to control her laughter. She then turned to look at Jacob. "Jacob, I have checked your sample, the quant.i.ty is fine. By tomorrow we will let you know, if we can continue with the surrogacy process or not. For now, your work is all completed!" Doctor smiled at the boy.

"Great! Then! See you doctor and thank you so much!" Jacob nodded his head and smiled at the doctor. He turned his head towards Emily and nodded slightly. "Thank you doctor!" 

The boy then smiled warmly, looking at Sarah. "Once again thank you Sarah, for everything. I hope everything works out fine!" 

"I hope so too! See you soon!" Sarah gave a warm smile to the boy and waved his hand at him. "Good bye!" 

Jacob opened the door, to leave the office, when suddenly he saw Isa's mother, standing right outside the door. 

"Huh?" Jacob looked at the lady in surprise.

"Jacob!! What are you doing here in the gynecology and maternity department??" The lady frowned, looking at the nervous boy.
