"Ohh!! That is great Mr. Miller!" Sarah smiled and bowed down a bit. "Thank you!" 

"Ahh!! Thanks to you! It is a big favour to me. I will always be indebted to you!" Jacob smiled as they walked back towards the doctor 

Jacob smiled looking at the doctor. "Thank you for your effort doctor. I think Sarah will be the perfect one to be the surrogate carrier." He then turned to look at the other two ladies. "Thank you ladies. Please do make use of my visiting card." 

"Great Jacob, let us go back to my office. Sarah dear, please join us too!" Doctor smiled and started walking back, towards the building.

Jacob and Sarah too followed the doctor. Jacob noticed how the girl seemed to have a very good upbringing. He could not help but feel sad for the girl due to her parent's death. He had offcourse gone through the same phase in life. The girl was dressed in a simple white tee s.h.i.+rt and blue jeans, but still looked very elegant. 

Jacob's heart was now racing rapidly. He had agreed to surrogacy and also selected a carrier. He was moving towards having a kid, way too fast!! But some how, it did not bother him much. Infact he was already looking forwards to it, which was surprising him to the core. 

Soon, they reached the office and Jacob opened the door for both the ladies. Soon they entered the office and the doctor settled down on her chair and her a.s.sistant doctor Emily, stood up from her seat immediately, looking at them. 

Emily eyed at the beautiful surrogate carrier and felt a pang of jealousy travelling in her body. Hmmphh!!! Why did he even want to have a surrogate carrier, when I could have been his girlfriend and given him a baby, directly. Boys these days are so hard to understand.

The elderly doctor turned to look at Emily. "Emily dear, can you go and look at the patient in room 198. Tell me if she is still in pain!" 

'Yes doctor!" Emily smiled and walked out of the room. 

"So Jacob, we would first like you to undergo a few blood tests, to see if you qualify to donate your sperms. Also, let me tell you that the process will take place after 7-10 days, till then we will store your sperms. We start giving folic acid and other multi vitamins to the the carrier few days in advance, so that the growth of the baby is absolutely healthy!" The doctor explained the entire process, very calmly.
