Jacob read the entire letter again, with an extremely blank face. He then quietly rolled back the letter and tied it again with the thread, keeping it back inside the bottle.

Isa looked at the boy in confusion, trying to read his expressions. What happened to him? He is not speaking anything! Not even responding back! Did he not like the letter? Was it a little too much?

She looked at the boy, who was now carefully placing the bottle back in the wooden box and was slowly tying back the box with the thread. "What happened Jacob? Did you not like it?"

Jacob looked up at Isa, for a few seconds and then suddenly got up. He walked upto her and bent down on his knees. He then instantly hugged the girl, his heart filled with extreme grat.i.tude.

He hugged the girl very tightly, while Isa smiled at the boy's actions. She too hugged him back, patting his back. Jacob's head was now on Isa's shoulders and he finally spoke up. "You know Isa, I can not even say thank you to you, any longer. How many times will I say it? You must be already tired of hearing it. A simple thank you will not even do justice to what you have done for me! I was just trying to figure out what to say to you and I failed miserably. No amount of words can do justice!"

Isa smiled hearing the boy's words and patted his back. "You do not have to say anything to me."

Jacob retraced his hands and looked at the girl's face, while still down on his knees. He had already caught many people's attention, who a.s.sumed that the boy was proposing the girl.

"Still, if you want to say something maybe you can say something like, Isa you are a cherry on my cake's icing or you are red sause for my dumplings...how about....Isa you are the cheese to my wine!" Isa grinned widely.
