'Is this all? Why are my stats like this? Strength doesn't even have a single point!'

"Hmm, these stats seems okay for someone like you. Its average across the board, except for your perception, it's pretty high for your level. It's also one of the hardest stats to increase."

"What does perception even do?"

"It affects the speed in which learn spells and martial skills. It also has other purposes, but you can use that later on. Your innate skill though, seems unique to say the least. To put it bluntly, I have never seem random chance before, but it has the ability to change the situation for better or worse. This could be useful in the experiment. You also have a bloodline skill, even though it is a common skill, it is still a bloodline skill."

"What is a bloodline skill?"

"It is a special skill that comes from your bloodline, while innate skills comes from the soul. So it is pretty surprising that you have awakened a bloodline skill before the official tier. Your bloodline skills will strengthen with you when you get stronger, you might even get more bloodline skills later on. However you cannot get any more innate skills."

"Why are all the races fighting over the central continent? From what I heard, it is several times larger than all the other continents combined, so why can't they just split it?"

"I do not know the answer to that, only the highest echelons of humanity and the other races know the truth. From rumors I heard, the central continent has the secret of how to dominate all races, but those are just rumors."

"Can you demonstrate a spell for me?"

Professor Ron looked at him surprised, but he still agreed. He then turned and walked in from of a target. Sirius heard him speak an incantation, and lightning shot out of his hands, leaving burn marks on the target. Sirius was shocked. He had seen movies and games that had characters show off spells, but it seems much more real than he had expected it to be.

"If your already shocked by this, it pains me to imagine how you will end up in the future. The spell I just casted was a simple scatter spell. I will teach it to you later on, but now it is time for the experiment."
