She stood high up on the scaffold in her emerald dress, overlooking the crowd with an overwhelming sense of authority .

“Who are you?” The Monster King called out loud . He was still standing next to the pillar .

Gu Xijiu finally expressed her contempt, “You have pushed my disciple to the edge only to see me here today . Now that I am already here, why do you have to play dumb?”

“Then you must be the creator of the universe . ”

“Just as you can see, I am . ”

The crowd gasped in disbelief as soon as they heard the brief exchange . They had never seen the creator of the universe before, nor had they felt her strong presence . Her aura was so intimidating that one could hardly stand straight when she was present .

Some of them quickly fell to their knees to wors.h.i.+p her . Soon enough, the rest followed . Most of the people in the square were already kneeling and touching their heads on the ground as an act of respect .

Meanwhile, the Monster King kept his composure . “So you claim to be the creator of the universe, but do you have any proof?” He asked scornfully .

Gu Xijiu raised her eyebrow at him . Before she could say anything, Fan Qians.h.i.+ was already defending her, “I can prove very well that she is my master!”

The Monster King had it all planned out . “You? I can a.s.sume that this is all but a trick, made up by you and Wu Qianyan to cover up the fact that you have killed the creator of the universe . ”

He then gazed at Gu Xijiu intently . “It is easy to prove that you are the creator of the universe . You just need to defeat me in a battle! Otherwise, I will sentence you to death for impersonating the Divine Lord . ”
