"No" . Jiseok continued typing on his laptop without caring about his friend objection . Hangul got so angry and closed the laptop .

'Bang' .

The sound echoed in the car . Hangul didn't care if his friend was going to kill him, what matters is that he has done what he wanted to do .

As if that was not enough, he took his laptop and kept it away from him . He didn't mind the lasers and smoke coming from Jiseok .

"stop the car!" Jiseok commanded . Now, Hangul was terrified, he looked at the driver who had cold sweat running down his face .

"Are you deaf? I said stop the car!!!" Jiseok roared . The scared driver immediately stop the car . Jiseok got out of the car with his phone . Hangul quickly ran after him .

"seok seok seok!!!" Hangul cried out running after him . He didn't stop but kept on walking . Hangul continued running and finally caught up with him .

"seok I'm sorry, I was stupid, please let's go back to the car" . Hangul pleaded . He had worked hard to convince him to agree on going to the date, he can't see his handwork go to waste .

Jiseok turned around and looked at him . He walked back to the car . Hangul who was thinking of a plan already was surprised . He quickly ran back too and entered the car .

Lu Ling came down from the cab and paid the driver . He was now standing in front of Disston , the company Fenton is working .

He still couldn't believe he was actually cheated on by his friend . He walked inside the company and went directly to the receptionist .

"Hi Mr Lu, are you here to see Mr Ling" the receptionist asked smiling at him .

"yes Jessica" .

"I'm sorry but Mr Ling resigned, I thought you knew" . Jessica replied .

"when did he resign" .

"he resigned six months ago, and I haven't heard from him or seen him since, he was happy that he hit the jackpot and was going out of the country, I thought you knew" . Jessica look at him surprised .

Lu Ling felt like he couldn't breathe . "weren't the two of you engaged" .

Jessica felt tears coming down from her eyes, she looked at him with pain and answered "he broke our engagement before he left, he said . . . . . he was just using me" . She couldn't hold her tears anymore and started crying .

Lu Ling couldn't believe his ears . He never thought his friend was so evil, now he finally understand what betrayal feels like . He hugged Jessica and she finally stopped crying .

"is the manager around?" Lu Ling asked .

"yes I'll give him a call to let him know you want to see him" . Jessica said wiping tears from her eyes .

"I'm . . . . . sorry for what Fen did to you, Jess, you deserve someone better" . Lu Ling said hugging her again . He had know Jessica for over ten years now and they have been great friends . He felt somehow guilty cause he was the one who introduced Fen to her .

After some few minutes the manager asked Lu Ling to come .

"hey, Ling what a pleasant surprise!!" sejun happily welcomed him . "what's wrong you are pale?" .

Lu Ling told sejun everything that Fenton did to him .

"I can't believe he coined you too, we've been having complain about it before he resigned" .

"is there anything you can do for me to get back my money" .

Lu Ling suddenly felt pain in his chest, he couldn't breathe, he looked at his friend smiling painfully, "it's okay, it's not your fault" .

He managed to enter the lift down . On his way out he collapsed grasping for air, the last thing he heard was Ji-woo scream before darkness envelope him .
