Personally, given the information thats been presented so far, and a.s.suming that what is stated is mostly true, my deduction is that its very likely to actually be Sun Yi Lins, however as Ive said before, the truth doesnt really matter, because even if the child really is his, Sun Yi Lin would never acknowledge the child.

There are few reasons why I think this, first one is how adamant that Miss Shen was about that child being Sun Yi Lins and even reaching out to tell the Ding d.u.c.h.ess on her own first. Since the Ding d.u.c.h.ess believed her, we can a.s.sume that the Ding d.u.c.h.ess wasnt the one to tell her about the red mole on Sun Yi Lins inner thigh.
