Bella vital is getting better and stronger than a few hours ago. However, Nathan wants her on the induced coma at least 48 hours to preserve the brain from lack of oxygen. The poison found in Bella body was quite a lethal dose, and it was attacked her respiratory nerve. Nathan tried to save Bella's brain to be damaged from the lack of oxygen.

Brian met Jun in the lounge outside of ICU. Jun emit his darker anger expression to everyone surrounding him. No one would dare to call him and report to Jun as he would fire back for a small mistake. Brian showed him video CCTV outside the restaurant for the fake waiter. He was run away in hurry holding an envelope, so Brian a.s.sumed the main culprit would be inside the restaurant. Jun eyes was open when he sees a familiar female figure walked outside the restaurant followed by her stupid husband. He found it interesting that Shuei Lan was inside the same restaurant but they won't come over and greets them. Jun commanded Brian to investigate and find the culprit soon. He wanted them to pay everything tenfold of his wife condition today, even if he has to strangle them with his own hand. He would make them felt the worse method of punishment ever in this world.

Collin walked into the hospital and talked to his contact in the Siloam hospital. he brings 2 nurses and paramedics team to transport Bella back to s.h.i.+n Hospital. Nathan explained to Collin for his applied treatment to Bella. he only nodded and listened to his explanation. Nathan was extremely in shock to see Collin attending Bella care by himself. Nathan believes that Collin schedule is busy with complicated surgery and hospital management. however, he would come down to pick her from Bali.

"Jun, I will meet you in the hospital. I can't bring you with us to medevac because of the health requirement and law." Collin said to Jun. "Jun could you take Linda with you on your Jet. I and Collin would be responsible for Bella. Please believe us." Nathan a.s.sured Jun. he doesn't have any option because he hasn't have the medical license to be on board of medevac, unless the patient. Collin bring all the medical equipment for Bella life support that compatible with accessibility of medical plane. s.h.i.+n Hospital had the newest equipment in the medical industry, and Jun wouldn't mind spending lavishly for his wife.

Wayan picked him up from the hospital with Linda. Jimmy decided to go back to Montreux by himself on the next flight. They got dropped to Execujets, where Jun private jets parked and ready to take him back home. He could see Bella lay on the stretcher boarded the medevac with Nathan adjust all the medical tube and Collin continually checked on her. "Jun, is she going to be okay?" Linda asked him with a worried tone. "She has to be better and alive for me," Jun said to her before escorting her inside the jets. The medevac takes off first and Jun jets followed behind them. The planes will fly on the same route and speed with different alt.i.tude. Jun made himself busy with his works, and he even yelled to his staff and Ben on the online meeting. Linda is really worried about Jun's state of emotion at this stage. Collin runs few tests and pushes more IV solution to her body to wash the poison out. Collin discussed with Nathan to wake Bella up, and they want to see the damage from the poison. Collin needs to inform Jun for their decision for Bella treatment.

"Jun, I have decided to make Bella wake up. All the test is showing positive measurement, but I am afraid there will be damaged left by the toxin that we couldn't reverse." Collin explained to him. He swallowed Colin words as sky crumbling down upon Jun. He only could believe his best friend judgment and nod in agreement. As soon as Jun agree on the treatment he proposed, he walked back to the ICU with Nathan. Brian comes to Jun and showed him a clip on his phone. It was the confession made by the culprit after Tony showed Shuei Lan pictures. "I want him to feel my world now before buried him alive. I want him felt my suffocation now." Jun said coldly to Brian. Tony started again the torture and do as commanded by his boss. "I will make her paid my wife hundredfold for sent her two times to hospital. I will make her have nothing and begged for her insanity." Jun promised himself for Shuei Lan wrongs doing.
