"Hubby… are you not going to sleep? You have to go work tomorrow morning," Bella walked out from their room.

"Boss… did Madame s.h.i.+n just call husband to you?" A Min shook his boss clothes to confirm.

'It's complicated. I got a headache to think about it. Sleep now," Liam walked into the main bedroom. He lay down next to Bella. He couldn't sleep to think about all the possible people who wanted them to die. He must be too soft nowadays to lower his guard. The sun comes early when he saw Bella drift to deep sleep. He moves out of bed slowly and walked outside their room. He could see everyone still sleep on the floor and room. However, they become alert as soon as they feel Liam movement in the room. Liam stretches himself outside the house and inhaled fresh morning dew. He walked back to check the fresh egg lay by the chicken. He also worked a little on the vegetable plantation. He picked some of the vegetables to bring for their breakfast. He filled the water bucket in the bathroom for everyone to wash their face and brush their teeth. He cleans up the back yard and the front yard. A Min stood up in front of the back door and started to rub his eyes hard so many time. He couldn't believe all the stuff his boss did. If his boss wanted something to be done, he will ask someone to do it unless it related to Madame s.h.i.+n. This time, he witnesses his boss started the stove with firewood and started to boil some water on it. He washed the vegetable and started to chop it. He changed the boiled water to the clay pot to make rice congee. A Min rushed to the kitchen and started to help his boss around.

"Thank you…" Liam tapped his loyal a.s.sistant shoulder to offer him sincere grat.i.tude.

'Boss… are you really okay? You never ever say thank you to me. You scared me," A Min looked amazed with his boss sudden change of att.i.tude. They have been together for almost more than two-decade but Liam never ever say thank you to anyone.

"I just realize after living in this village with the other villager and escaping from narrow death. I have realized to change my lifestyle and started to be grateful with my life," Liam explained while stirred the congee. Ben saw all the vegetable and started to prepare it as simple dishes.

They managed to make three stir fry dishes with simple egg tomatoes dishes with rice congee. Liam brews the tonic for Bella. A Min went to the bathroom to wash up before everyone else join in.  Bella wakes up to see a lot of strong build body man in her house. A Min prepared big bowl water with a face towel for Bella in the room as Liam instructed. It is due to the bathroom used by their security staff.

Liam and A Min put the food on the dining table. they took the seat and sit surround the table. They were happy to see hot food again after surviving with ratio food all the way from Imperial.

"Now, you all have to work in the villager farm as punishment from trespa.s.sing the village and hurting the villager," Liam instructed them while preparing some food for Bella.

"Boss, they took all our communication gadget and there is no signal here. How we can leave this place without a chopper? I don't think Madame s.h.i.+n will be able to walk the terrain," Brian explained to Liam.

"Do you think Jun will be stupid if you all disappeared without a trace? Anyone of you remembers to send a morse code? I remember saw an old machine in the hospital. we can get it and sent a morse code to military and pa.s.sed it to Jun," Liam put some vegetable into Bella bowl.

"How about if they didn't get the morse code?" A Min asked his boss with his naive face.

"Then we are doomed. We will stuck in here forever and Jun is one of the idiots who can't find his wife," Liam smashed his chopstick on the table.

"wait… I don't get it. Who is Madame s.h.i.+n? Who is Boss and who is Jun?" Bella asked them around.

"eat your food and let us talk some work… they all work with me and Jun s.h.i.+n. You are Madame s.h.i.+n which means that you are my partner wife," Liam explained to her briefly. he didn't mean to let her know the reality. She is still recovering from the accident. but he accidentally blurted it out from his mouth and her facial expression change as soon as she hears the reality.

"Liam… are you serious? It means you deceive me… argh… my head so painnnn," Bella hold her head before she fainted back in time for Liam to catch her body.

"Bella... Bella... wake up...are you okay?" Liam shook her face to wake her up. he then saw A Min and talk with him.

"Go to the hospital and called Dr Lim to come home to check on her," Liam hold her and carried her to the bedroom.

Liam put her down on the bed and started to wipe her cold sweat on her forehead. He changed her clothes to a new one and cover her with the blanket to make her comfortable. He caressed her hair and think about the worst scenario. He couldn't lose both of them. He has to repay for their kindness.
