Naruto then looked towards Sakura "what happened?" she looked at Gaara , flinched and looked away "it's nothing". Baki spoke to Kakas.h.i.+ "sorry for making you come all the way but the situation is dire".

Neji asked "what happened? why did you need help from another village when you can simply deploy your jonins for your missions not to mention we were enemies until half a year ago."

Baki replied "our former kazekage's daughter Temari has been kidnapped. the enemy's aim is no doubt Gaara. the village lacks kazekage and no doubt we are in economic crisis right now and so many s.h.i.+n.o.bi turning rogue. we deployed some chunins but they failed. our council can't afford to a.s.sign any more join or chunin for this mission. so, we don't have any option other than Konoha."

kakas.h.i.+ nodded "so, what Intel you have on our enemy". Bali replied "well, there's a group named s.h.i.+tenshonin. it comprises of four members namely Hoki, Kujaku, Ryugan and Suiko. they belong to Tak.u.mi village. as for why they want Gaara and what they want to do with him, we don't know anything about it."

s.h.i.+kamaru asked, "and any idea about their location?". Baki replied "well, one of our chunins sent a message before he died. it seems they took her to hanguri port".

Kakas.h.i.+ nodded and they started to move out. Kakas.h.i.+ stopped and gave a scroll to s.h.i.+kamaru "OK, this is team B's mission. we'll separate from here". s.h.i.+kamaru nodded and Naruto asked "Kakas.h.i.+ sensei, they have different missions. aren't they coming with us?". Kakas.h.i.+ shook his head "no they are not part of this mission".

then he looked towards s.h.i.+kamaru "you aren't my team, so I don't have the right to order you but I hope you place your comrades loves above mission". s.h.i.+kamaru nodded and team B left.

Sakura asked, "what mission they were a.s.signed to". Kakas.h.i.+ looked towards Gaara and Kankuro "it's secret. can't reveal it". she got what he's hinting. so, she nodded and they continued the journey towards hamguri port which is in the land of rivers.

Meanwhile, s.h.i.+kamaru is reading the scroll and Lee asked: "s.h.i.+kamaru kun, what's our mission?". he replied, "we are a.s.signed to retrieve Raijin no ken". Lee was surprised "isn't it Lord Second Hokage's weapon?. I heard those wield it become invincible". Neji replied with a bit displeasure "it's just a fake rumour. and one who depends on sword too much will be much weak anyway. we just have to take out the sword away from him".

then Sasuke thought 'hmm, I wonder how would it compare it to mine. or maybe this is the sword s.h.i.+shou told me then'.

two weeks earlier, while Sasuke was training with the sword. I interrupted him "Sasuke kun, come here". he stopped. wiped his sweat and stood before me. "s.h.i.+shou". I gave him a wooden box "this is your birthday gift from me."

he was stunned "ah, thank-you s.h.i.+shou. I didn't even remember my birthday. what is it". I smiled "open it". he opened it and there lies a sword. It had a black scabbard and matching hilt, and was a larger size than a normal chokutō.

he looked carefully "somehow I feel like this isn't some normal sword." I replied "of course not, that is the sword of Kusanagi. it originally belongs to Orochimaru. after his death, the village collected it. I asked Tsunade to give you".

his eyes got widened and knelt "thank you s.h.i.+shou, I will treasure this sword". I waved my hand "well, it's one of a kind sword. you need to unlock all its abilities by yourself. although there's another sword which is best for you.anyway don't take this one out for everything it'll fetch quite a price so, you may never know when it'll get stolen from you."

"Sasuke, Sasuke". Sasuke got out of his thinking "ah, sorry I was thinking about something". s.h.i.+kamaru continued "the place we are going to is located near Amegakure"

3 days later, Amegakure

s.h.i.+kamaru said "we finally reached. those Sandstorms really dragged us. OK, Neji, Lee you take left and we take right. let's search and we will meet here in the evening. don't attack him at all."

two more days later

Neji said "we found him, he lives outside the village alone. I've checked with byakugan so, no problem with ambus.h.i.+ng". All nodded. next day, they reached the place. fire engulfed that small house. it was burned to the ground. Sasuke then shouted "dodge". they jumped aside and lightning attacked the tree and destroyed it. "tsk, it seems Konoha underestimate me far too much to send kids. ho, what do we have here? two weird eyed kids"

s.h.i.+kamaru tried to immobilize him with shadow but he dodged it and jumped back. Neji, Sasuke and Lee attacked him at the same time. but unfortunately, he's a jonin. how can he get hit? he dodged it easily although he got once or twice by Lee's kick.

Aoi Rokusho who's holding his umbrella threw it up "Senbon shower". it rains down senbon on their opponents through the use of hidden mechanisms concealed within umbrellas.some of that senbon also contain poison.

four of them blocked it and dodged it. but s.h.i.+kamaru got hit with a couple of poison senbons and before he got collapsed "careful, some of those contain poison".

Lee then removed his weights "we don't have much time. we need to go all out. eight gates Gate of opening, Gate of healing, Gate of life open". his skin turned red and there's energy which is flowing all over his body clearly visible to naked eye.

Sasuke and Rokusho got stunned. Sasuke was astonished by Lee's speed and rokusho kept beaten up. he can't even sense or see where the attack is coming from. then when he was just about to use the sword. Neji dashed towards him and made a stance "gentle Fist art: eight trigrams sixty-four palms" he kept on hitting tenketsu. "2 palms, 4 palms, 8 palms, 16 palms, 32 palms, 64 palms".

the sword flew out. he stood up and screamed, "what's happening?". before Neji could explain what it is. Rokusho suddenly coughed blood and fallen down. behind him there's Sasuke. he smirked, "now, this is the best way to use Chidori".

Lee shouted angrily "Sasuke kun, why do you kill him? our mission is only bringing the sword back". Sasuke snorted "hmpf, he's nothing more than an enemy in my eyes and enemies deserve to die. or else who knows your little bit of stupid kindness will bring a storm to your life".

Lee who was angry just when he's about retort Neji interrupted "first let's get out of here. we need to bring s.h.i.+kamaru to a hospital". and he picked up s.h.i.+kamaru but Sasuke stopped him "wait a second". he took out a small bottle and went to s.h.i.+kamaru and poured it into his mouth. s.h.i.+kamaru coughed and his skin slowly returned to normal. Neji and Lee looked towards Sasuke and he replied "it's an antidote I brought it with me just in case. it's risky to go Amegakure. they aren't our allies. can't trust them".

then he picked up the sword and looked at it carefully. he was amazed 'wow, this looks awesome. a sword which can manipulate lightning. it really suits me very well. moreover, I already have one. shouldn't be greedy'. then he looked towards Lee and thought 'now, I've got one more person to surpa.s.s first'.

Meanwhile, in hanguri port, Kankuro complained: "we are searching for the past two days, where the h.e.l.l they have gone to hide". Kakas.h.i.+ replied "calm down kankuro. I've already sent my summons." after a while pakkun dug out from the ground and said, "Kakas.h.i.+, we found them". he turned to others "OK, let's go".all nodded and started to move. and after a while when they got near Hinata who activated byakugan said "they started to move and there's", a wind attack came towards them. Kakas.h.i.+ dodged it. Gaara blocked with sand, but the rest of them blown away and crashed to the ground.

a fairly slender kunoichi who had fair skin, blue-green cyan hair that had two light yellow striped bangs appeared before then standing in their way. she had two swords each in one hand. kakas.h.i.+ then said, "according to Intel, this must be kujaku".

kakas.h.i.+ then spoke, "I'll stay behind, you all continue. I'll finish it and will join you guys". she smirked "as if you all gonna pa.s.s me." then she again attacked the rest bit just then an earth wall erupted and blocked the attack.

she looked Kakas.h.i.+ and started to attack him. a while later one more person blocked them on the way. a slender boy, with green eyes that were outlined by blue eye-shadow. who seems to be very young. kankuro and Hinata stayed to battle him. then afterwards A broadly built man, he wore a purple coat over which he wore his armour which was designed with a silver tiger-like head breastplate blocked the rest on the way. he carried a mace around him as a weapon and Sakura, Naruto stayed and Gaara alone dashed towards the last one who carried her and running. he stopped and looked at Gaara threw away Temari smirked "OK, now that nuisances are busy. let us talk".
