The moment she was about to enter the array, a red hemispherical barrier appeared and covered the entire formation like a dome and blocked her from getting in.

Thankfully, the barrier is not very strong. With each of her attack, the barrier's glow dimmed a lot.

Leng Yue Yan didn't want to take any risks, She gripped her light blue Crystal Sword—"Snow Storm" and used her signature move "Frozen Moon's descent".

As soon as she performed the move, the whole room was illuminated with white light as a complete moon appeared bringing an extremely chilling temperature.

Everyone in the room fighting, including the devils s.h.i.+vered instantly. Sheng Tian was in a better position thanks to his Dragon Physique which increased the extremums of temperature he could bear.

Ling Chen, Liu feifei and Qin Qing could only use their profound energy to s.h.i.+eld themselves.

The devils cried out and tried to pounce at Leng Yue Yan. However, Sheng Tian appeared in the middle and blasted them away.

The Cold Moon condensed out of the Ice Profound Energy rapidly emitted bone-chilling frost and hit the red barrier.

A loud bang sounded as the collision ended. The red barrier lost its color and turned pale white.

*CRACK*CRACK* *CRACK* Numerous cracks spread across it as it broke into countless fragments.

Leng Yue Yan didn't waste a second as she dashed inside. But the moment she stepped in, a heavy pressure laid on her. It was akin to bearing a mountain on her fragile shoulders. She stumbled to even take a step.

Sheng Tian watching this was worried if she could make it in time, but he himself was too occupied.

Ling Chen and Liu feifei looked at each other and decided on something.

Then, Ling Chen rushed towards the three devils. In an instant, his aura changed as he released all his killing and battle intent. With his hair fluttering, he looked like a G.o.d of War!

Ling Chen held his sabre tightly as he shouted "War G.o.d's Strike". A tremendous might came from his sword as it slashed towards the three devils.

The three devils were a little taken back and were about to defend when another silhouette appeared in front of Ling Chen with a sword in hand and slashed "Battle Queen's Slash".

Her attack didn't interrupt Ling Chen's attack. Rather, they both seemed to be paired up as they drew closer to the devils at an alarming speed.

All of this took less than 2 seconds.

The three devils became serious as they let out a loud roar and punched out with their fists covered in gauntlets.

"Devil blood fist" they yelled as the six blood red fists collided with the incoming two attacks.

*BANG*

The three devils were pushed back as a thin trail of black blood leaked from their mouth.

Ling Chen and Liu feifei's looked a little tired. But they didn't want to give a chance to the devils to recover as each of them dashed forward.

Ling Chen roared "Decimating Hope", Liu feifei continued "Severing Breath". These two attacks seemed even more dangerous and powerful than the previous one as one from above and one from below shot at the devils.

The devils knew that this was not a laughing matter. They used their combined strength as they added the six fists as one sending it to the incoming attacks.

Just then, the ancient voice sounded, seemingly in disbelief "That strike, I can't be mistaken. Never in my life! Le...Legendary War G.o.d? Battle Queen?! You?! Why are you still alive?!!!"

It seemed to be shaken by the crux of the matter and was shocked to the core.

Sheng Tian perked up his ears to listen.

Anyways, now that these devils can come here, why can't they come to where he is gonna live? It is better to learn some info from this guy.

So, he asked with a polite smile"Hey, Wolfy. Who are these Legendary War G.o.d and Battle Queen? "

The Ancient voice, still in daze spoke subconsciously " Legendary War Go...G.o.d! 5,000 years ago, he was the biggest obstacle to our devil race. The Battle Queen, she was not the first but definitely one of the most dangerous threats to devils. They are very strong!

They were dead. He killed them personally! But how could these two use their techniques so seamlessly as if it were their own, Unless....."

The Ancient Voice stopped its speech while Ling Chen and Liu Feifei had a grave expression seeing their ident.i.ties, which were their deepest secrets, being exposed.

Qin Qing had an expression of disbelief and shock.

Poor Leng Yue Yan heard it but was under a huge pressure currently to show any emotions.

Ling Chen and Liu Feifei looked at the Red box and Sheng Tian seriously.

*Thud* Qin Qing collapsed on the ground. There was blood from her mouth, but she was still breathing.

She just evaded death. At the last second, Ling Chen cast a barrier protecting Qin Qing.

Even so, it was a last minute attempt and wasn't able to completely save her.

She took the residual damage in an almost defenseless state and pa.s.sed out.

The armor Sheng Tian gave her was not for blocking Sonic attacks.

Leng Yue Yan was facing the side of the battle, keeping an eye on the battle as she slowly took step by step to energy links. So, she was able to cover herself and remain unharmed as she was not the prime target of the attack.

Sheng Tian too was the same. Coping with the devils using his Profound Skills, he just managed to block off the attack.

Even though this attack was also a sonic attack, it is light years away from Dragon's Roar in terms of strength and quality.

Ling Chen and Liu feifei looked at the devils and coldly muttered "Devil's Cry of Love."

"Love your sister!" Sheng Tian cursed.

The devils seemed to provoked by his insult and used the same move on him. Sheng Tian, quickly cast a barrier and attacked.

The fight carried on.

Sheng Tian was feeling weaker with each moment.

Fighting seven devils was not easy at all. Even with his strength, he could not kill them without paying a huge price.

If he did, then he won't be able to protect himself in his weakened state from any other dangers.

He was not naive enough to believe that Ling Chen and Liu Feifei won't try to silence him if they had a chance.

In the array, Leng Yue Yan bore the pressure and reached the centre.

She saw the Energy Links constantly breaking the seals on the red box.

The pressure from the red box is continuously increasing and she couldn't get approach it.

She had only one way—Sever the Energy links. Even though this might lead to a backlash in the unconscious cultivators, it is the best bet.

She raised her Sword and gracefully swung it down, it was neither overbearing nor underwhelming.

Her sword swung all the way till the bottom in the thin air and didn't touch any energy links.

As soon as her sword reached the bottom, she lifted it up till half of the height she previously did. Her face turned a bit pale as she muttered "Frost ..of ...Zephyr" and drew another cut in the air.

An extremely sharp and cold beam of profound energy shot from the cuts she drew in the air and shot at the energy links.

The ones who had their energy links cut down slumped to the ground, motionless.

Leng Yue Yan ate some precious pills to restore her energy and prepared for another attack.

On the other hand, Sheng Tian managed to slowly injure one of the devils heavily. This lessened his pressure a lot.

As for himself, well, he too was injured albeit not heavily. The effects of his Physique and Primal seed are self-evident.

Sheng Tian looked at the six devils and switched his weapon to left hand.

Getting into the stance, he raised his right fist and used "Destruction Play" profound art's first move "Smash of Destruction".

The devils by now already knew the strength of this ridiculous person.

The Seven devils were sent flying as they hit the wall and embedded deep into it and spat out blood.

Sheng Tian made a mental note to praise himself for being so awesome before he shot towards the devils and used 'Dark Cloud Slash', giving them almost no time to react.

The devils who just got out saw Sheng Tian's terrifying sword move arriving at them.

Their eyes narrowed and pupils contracted before they let out a burst of scary laughter as their aura suddenly spiked. Without a care of their own lives, they rushed at the dazzling dark sword beam!

Sheng Tian's eyes widened watching the scene.

He knew why their auras rose and their strength surged!

They were burning away their life force as a price! Are they crazy?!

At the same time, the three devils fighting Ling Chen and Liu feifei also started burning their life force.

The devils went totally all out on the three fighters.

Leng Yue Yan raised her sword and finished her final attack.

The last three energy links were severed.

Surprisingly, however, the ancient voice didn't even bother to ask her to stop all this while.

She was worried about this. But with her cold and indifferent att.i.tude, she definitely wouldn't ask.

After keeping her sword, she took a deep breath feeling the soreness in her body.

The pressure in the formation is unbearable. Yet, she had to use the difficult profound art to sever the energy links. Otherwise, it is not possible to cut them off.

The reason was pretty simple. All the energy links were formed by extracting one's energy and forming a beam with profound energy towards the red box.

In other words, it is similar to a barrier cast for protection, one which is much smaller in breadth but a lot thicker.

Naturally, it is very hard to break a barrier when the amount of energy it is made of is high. Added to that is the pressure she is facing which made her unable to attack at full power. Hence, she had a hard time severing the links.

She had a wave of fatigue hit her Jade Body. But she didn't let her fatigue get the better of her and checked the fight. She realised the devils burning away their life force to kill the three people.

Immediately, she wanted to help. But before she knew it, Ling Chen and Liu feifei were blown away.

Sheng Tian was pushed to the edge of the array.

Thanks to his Physique's defense, body cultivation and profound energy barrier, he is still standing. Nonetheless, he was seriously injured.

He quickly used Primal seed to start repairing his body and stuffed all the pills he had.

However, time was not on his side as the nine devils came to the last man standing.

Sheng Tian wanted to use the Formless Void steps to hide for a few seconds to recover a bit. But before he could do that, he had a very dangerous sensation. He hurriedly tried to move.

If it was an ordinary time, he would have done it in a flash. But now he is heavily injured, so he was obviously slow.

Just as he moved his body a little left, a sword beam pierced him from behind missing his heart just by a little and breaking six of his ribs!
