"Good evening, Vince and of course, Yve . " Haru greeted them .

"Good evening . " The couple greeted him back in unison .

"Are you finished with the food preparation, Haru?" Vince politely asked .

"The majority . The presentation will be done by my team . " Haru said .

"Your team?" Vince asked when Haru let the information slipped from his tongue .

There was a moment of silence as Haru can't find the correct words to say in response to Vince's question . Yve smartly thought about it .

Advertis.e.m.e.nt"I asked help from Edward to book your private jet and transport his team here . Since your birthday party is coming, I thought that Haru would need his team to a.s.sist him . Didn't Edward inform you?" Yve explained .

"No . It's okay as it's within Edward's ability to decide . Besides I instructed Edward to help you if there's anything you need . " Vince said as Haru took this chance to go to the kitchen and finalize the dishes to be served .

Shortly after, the couple began to eat the dishes in order that they are served by Haru . As he was serving the food, he also explained the ingredients . Yve enjoys the taste of everything and her impression of her idol deepened .

"Haru! You're really the best . You were able to create a new set and served the dishes well . " Yve praised her idol .

Haru bowed in response and smiled . Even if he's world famous chef, sincere compliments given his customers bring happiness to him . However, he felt sudden chills and turned his head and saw his friend emitting dark aura .

"Yve, if you don't stop smiling at me like that, Vince might kill me . " Haru honestly replied as Yve looked at the man who's sitting across her while emitting an evil aura .

"Vince . Please don't act that way to your friend . I adore Haru because of his cooking skills and the dishes that he makes . " Yve tried to calm her husband-to-be .

"Then what about me?" Vince asked which made her blush .

"Blus.h.i.+ng won't solve a thing . I want to know the reason . " Vince said .

Sensing how serious the matter at hand is, Haru decided to leave the couple behind and returned to the kitchen .

'Serving the trial dishes and receiving thumbs up are my jobs for tonight . Since I finished doing so, I should hide from Mr . Vincent Gray's wrath . ' Haru thought .

"Vince, I don't know how or what are the reasons but one thing's for sure, I … . " Yve stopped midway because she's feeling embarra.s.sed .

"You're… . ?" Vince imitated her and waited for her to finish and walked closer to her .

"I love you and that's that . " Yve can't ever get use to saying those three words to Vince .

'I'm on the actions speak louder than words . ' Yve's inner voice shouted .

Happy with how his Queen answered his question, he kissed her on the lips in a split second . Before Yve can even react, it ended like it never happened . He cupped her face, touching their foreheads together . He knows and has always felt the love from Yve but still continued teasing her . He felt a little bad but not a single regret . He's trying to relive Yve of the embarra.s.sment she is feeling from the confession she just made .

"I'm sorry for teasing you . " He whispered .

"It's fine . I also realized I don't say those words often . " Yve whispered back .

"It's okay as long as I can feel it . " He responded and kissed Yve on the forehead .

As soon as everything was fine, the couple find themselves on their way to the hotel . Inside the car, maybe due to busy schedule and a lot of meetings to attend to, Vince fell asleep inside . Yve took this chance to give an instruction to Sylvan .

"Sylvan, everything is fine and as the date is fast approaching, I want to have a meeting with Team Alpha . Will that be possible?"

"That will be a little difficult due to their respective missions . "

"Guarding Haru and Emika as well as Maddie, right?"

"Yes . But when do you want to meet? We can make things work during that time . "

"Preferably after work . Why don't we meet in the hotel instead? I think Edward's office will do . " Yve said and ended their short talk when Vince moved a little .

Avoiding the possibility of waking him up, she stopped talking and Sylvan didn't mind and continued driving .
