3 Who Said Humanity Doesn't Exist?

Meanwhile he whispered in her ears, "Please hang on! I will do everything possible to save you."

It seemed like as if G.o.d's did hear his prayers, G.o.d's did help him. He came across a small hamlet. He was overjoyed to see that. He shouted for help.

On hearing him the people of the hamlet came out with their protective equipments. They thought it to be some intruder trying to harm them.

But when they came out, they saw a man carrying a woman in his arms whose head was bleeding. They immediately dropped their equipments and ran towards them.

Ronnie saw a group of people wearing long coats coming towards him. They were adorned with lots of bead jewellery all over them. Before coming here Ronnie had researched on the areas of their trekking. He knew that this areas are inhabited by tribes like the Sherpas, Dropka, Tamang, Gurung, Limbu, Newar, Tharu, Magar, Gurkha and more.

So he thought it must be one of those tribes. He also knew that some of these tribes had extensive medical knowledge too.

On seeing the girl, the tribal people picked her up and took her to the medical pract.i.tioner of their hamlet. He immediately began treating her by applying some medicinal herbs on her head.

Ronnie was extremely worried. He couldn't take such a chance and leave her to them at such a crucial moment. It was the question of her life and death. But then he had no other option too. He couldn't waste much time. The rains were making it very difficult to even get out of the forest let alone find a hospital to treat her. He was in a paradox.

He silently prayed to G.o.d to save her. He also thanked G.o.d's for at least sending him to these tribes.

He was standing outside the hut of the medical pract.i.tioner waiting while she was inside getting treated. He paced back and forth near the hut.

A lady of the tribe offered him a soup bowl to drink and patted on his back conveying that she will be fine. He couldn't understand their language. Yet, at such times human emotions speak more than languages. He thought, "Who said humanity doesn't exist in the present times? It does with these extremely humble people who offered to help them at the most crucial time." A feeling of warmth spread inside his heart.

At that moment the door to the hut of the medical pract.i.tioner flew open and the person motioned Ronnie to come in.
