There was no harm in that. In a week she was going to be family and they would see her anyway.

He hovered over her number than thought otherwise. When he left the house she was wearing a nightie which meant she was probably sleeping now. She was a heavy sleeper, she wouldn't pick the call but will only be disturbed and fuss about it in the morning.

Besides, she slept in with short nighties that weren't for his brothers' eyes, just his.

So, he thought of a better subst.i.tute. He went to his gallery and showed them their only photo together from the family dinner.

As he turned his phone to them. The men who were uninterestingly looking at it at once became dumbstruck.

In the photo, his arms were draped around a very magnificently dressed and adorned Lei Xinyi. It was a mirror selfie. They were looking at each other reflection in the mirror with genuine smiles. Like a sweet couple in love!

Yu w.a.n.g eyes widened and Yu Jain spat his drink out of his mouth.

"Mother f*ck!" Jiang Cheng swore with his eyes widened.

"What the f*uk brother?! What are you doing with Lei Xinyi?" Yu w.a.n.g shouted looking at him exasperated.

A frown etched on Jiang Cheng face and his face turned red with anger at once, "If that's a joke, it's a sick joke!"

Li Yuan raised his eyebrow at that in a challenging way. It was obvious he wasn't even taking them seriously.

Ji Zhou rolled his eyes and snorted, "I don't know what the f*ck you guys are high on to sh*t like that but this is Lu Xinyi, the bride-to-be!"

They all were giving each other heated glares when Jiang Cheng picked his phone and shoved his phone to Li Yuan. The screen saver was his and Lei Xinyi photo in leather jackets and denim jeans on a bike.

He sharply snapped to Ji Zhou who had his jaw hardened. Li Yuan was still inspecting the photo with a frown etched on his face. The girl was definitely her but how...

"You think I wouldn't recognise my own sister?! This woman that he is draped around IS my sister!" Jiang Cheng shouted before Ji Zhou could snap at him Yu Jian cut him off.

"Why don't we go and have a look, if Lei Xinyi is still in brother's Mansion? Your fiance is in your Mansion Li Yuan, right? If Lei Xinyi is still there then...It will unfold everything. Maybe they are just...look alike."

Li Yuan gulped his whole gla.s.s down, and stood up, "Fair enough."

Everybody followed suit and stood up. It was serious. Two women couldn't be this carbon copy of each other. The only conclusion was that they were one but Li Yuan was sure there was nothing wrong with his 'Raven'. There wasn't a single second she wasn't guarded by his people.

But the girl in Yu Youhan Mansion, Lei Xinyi was a cunning and manipulative woman. This could be a trick of her to impersonate his 'Raven'!

They drove to Yu Youhan Mansion with lightning speed. Each in their own cars except Ji Zhou who was accompanying Li Yuan.

His fist tightened on the steering wheel. He would be d.a.m.ned if he let anyone, much less a Lei harm his 'Raven'.

His phone was repeatedly ringing but he ignored it. Whatever it was, it was trivial right now.

Ji Zhou looked at his ringing phone and searched for his own phone only to be disappointed. He had left his phone on the table in a hurry.

Reaching the Mansion they frantically crossed the security and reached the room of the girl when they heard Yu Youahn and a hesitant voice of a girl from the other side of the half-open door.

"Lei Xinyi, are you alright?"

"Not Lei Xinyi...Lu Xinyi."

-------------------------------

Yu Youhan was sitting by the unconscious girl from when she fainted two hours ago. She was paler than he knew her to be.

Her bee-stung cheery lips had gone pinkish-pale and the natural blush from her cheek had faded. She looked like she was wilting too.

Like a fragile flower in the fall.

She hadn't moved an inch by then but the doctors said she was fine medically and would get up in a little while.

She looked like a doll. Delicate and breakable.

Since she had fainted, he hadn't left her once. When she woke up and didn't find anyone familiar around her. She would be frightened and he didn't want that for her.

Today they were celebrating Li Yuan's first mini -bachelor party but he would rather be here with his angel than with those miniature versions of devils, while she's struggling here. The party could wait, his angel couldn't.

He fisted his little pixie's both ice-cold hand in his and rubbed them to warm them.

The coldness of her body crept him. She was like she was freezing. Like her heart was freezing.

He had just left her to go and take a bath, he had been freed quicker than her and was watching the news. That was when he heard the cras.h.i.+ng sound, only to find her above the stairs, unconscious and cold.

She hadn't moved even at once. His heart wrenched when the sight crossed his mind. She looked helpless and disable. Nothing ached his heart more.

He stared at her porcelain-clear face. There wasn't even a freckle on her skin. She was pale to the point of being translucent.

But he hadn't seen anything more alluring than her. She was beautiful in the most innocent yet seductive of ways.

If it was another woman he would be done by her and pa.s.sed on others but she was different. He wanted her to be different for him.

He was lost in his thought and he didn't notice her fingers moving until he heard an innocent whimper.

He looked at her wearing a frown and wincing as her eyes tore open her eyelids. he at once got close to her to support her sit up.

"Lei Xinyi, are you alright?" He asked her worry evident in his voice, as he a.s.sisted her to sit.

But she stilled hearing his words and her brows frowned with dazed eyed she looked at the bedsheet, she whispered with her voice uncertain, "Not Lei Xinyi...Lu Xinyi."

The name sounded as if it had rolled with familiarity on her tongue, she turned her head to him with a snap, "I am Lu Xinyi! The daughter of the Lu Family. I..I remember everything now!"

The door opened with a 'ThUD' then and entered six men with varying expressions.
