After a whole week, the traffic police had no choice but to deem the incident as a DUI case. Luo Cong was detained for 15 days and he had to pay for Lu Kes psychological damage and the damage done to the construction site.

When the verdict was given, Luo Congs face was distorted. Combine that with the scars on his face, he looked even more terrifying.
